Who impressed you the most in the MITB ladder match?

Hardyno.1FAN

Dark Match Winner
The title says it all,Who impressed you the most in this years money in the bank?

For me it was Matt Hardy,I know you will read my name and think of course i pick him.But i dont really like him, the names for jeff.He was in pretty much every photo that WWE.COM took.
His twist of Fate from the top of a the ladder was pretty good,Also when he came off the top of the ladder on to the ladder set up on the middle rope and the other ladder was pretty cool.

Kofi's stilt walking was also pretty good.

What are your thoughts?

I have to give kudos to every man in that match. The superstars always give their all in the MiTB match, and this time was no different.

I have to say I loved the Kofi stilt walking. It was innovated. I remember him in a few more cool spots as well. Evan took some pretty brutal bumps, too. I'd have to watch it again to give an accurate answer, but from my memory, Kofi and Evan stand out.

Does anyone else think that Matt Hardy was thinking about going rogue? When he was kicking kane away when he was trying to set up that ladder, I thought for half a second that Matt Hardy wanted to literally steal that match. That would have been crazy! Seriously, what would WWE do in that kind of situation?

Kofi and Bourne were the first guys to come to mind. I thought Bourne had an awesome match and looked good in the process. Kofi had the moment of the match with his impressive stilt walking. Matt Hardy had a good match as well, but it seemed as if Hardy was going after McIntyre every chance he got. I think we could be seeing a potential feud between the two. But Bourne hitting that Air Bourne from the ladder scaffold thing and him just jumping around the ring was pretty awesome.

Christian-I think he kind of disappointed everyone. It wasn't like last years MitB.

Kofi-He did really good this year. My favorite from him though was Wrestlemania 24.

Matt-WOW! This was his best match in while. I would have to say the last one that good was when he fought his brother last year.

Evan Bourne-He did pretty good at his first Wrestlemania. Hopefully we see even better next year.

Swagger-Did not see that coming. He did pretty good for his first Mania.

Everyone else kind of disappointed me. especially Shelton Benjamin.

Swagger, Kofi, and Evan all impressed me quite a bit. Evan's shooting star press off the ladder was great, Kofi was AMAZING with the stilts, and Swagger was impressive both with his Hardy toss and final win, though unhooking the briefcase was kind of diffucult lol.

Kofi Kingston. Kofi produced probably the only memorable thing in the match. That moment will be remeber for a long time. It was a very innovative spot and it looked awesome. Evan's Shooting Star Press was nice but it was really any higher than the ring ropes. Matt Hardy took the most bumps to be fair. He got knocked off the ladder a lot and took the worst bump of the match when Swagger flipping him onto the ladder leaning on the rope. All competitors except Shelton and MVP did some nice stuff and worked hard.

I'm gonna be honest. Evan Bourne impressed me quite a bit. I saw alot of action from him during the match, and his airbourne was pretty sick. Knew he wouldn't pick up the victory, but he's definitely got talent. Is he the new future Rey?

I would say Evan Bourne & Matt Hardy. Bourne did several spots and didn't look like the jobber that Raw made him in the last 8 months or so and Matt hardy looked like it was some years ago (minus the gut) and pulled off some solid moves/spots.

His twist of Fate from the top of a the ladder was pretty good,

Well, it would've been good if he had actually hit it, but he didn't. Christian countered into a reversed DDT (his version of the Scorpion Death Drop).

I think this year's MITB was fairly underwhelming (as was the entire undercard, really), but with some highlights. Kofi using the broken ladder as stilts was, while funny, not very "cool" - I mean... fine, he shows balance, but there wasn't any blowoff to the spot, he just flopped onto the match when (whoever it was) kicked the ladders away.

Was MVP even in the match? Did he do anything?

Hardy was decent, in a match full of mediocre, as was Swagger, Bourne and Kane. The others... :icon_neutral: Kofi botched the Shelton-esque run up the ladder to the corner, and blew a lot of other stuff too (or made it look awkward), MVP was invisible, McIntyre had like one spot and then laid on the outside the entire match (except when he climbed the ladder and the whole of the crowd all went "aw, fuck no, they're not letting THAT douchebag win, are they?"

I wasn't too impressed - even Evan's SSP was launched from about top-rope height and there weren't any real Big Bumpz (tm) at all. Not on the level of even last year's MITB at any rate.

So, who impressed me? Well... to be frank, no one. Some put in decent performances, but no one stood out as a real moneymaker.

Both Kofi and Evan Bourne. Kofi did a great job in the MITB match. He was getting hurt a lot but he was still coming back for more. Kofi also did one of the best things in MITB history when he walk with the pieces of the ladder, that was very awesome and unique.

Bourne also did a great job in the MITB match. The most impressive and memorable thing that I will remember from Bourne is the shooting star press from the top of the ladders it was just breathtaking.

Bourne showed that he is even more athletic than i thought he was. he climbed the ladder in like 5 different ways. climbing up the side, climbing up other people. it was sick. The SSP was the best part of the match in my opinion, even though i was yelling at my tv saying "dont do it! grab the briefcase!"

Every one impressed me except Ziggler, MVP, and Benjamin

McIntyre took the impressive crotch bump, and just looked impressive the whole match.

Kofi did his stilt walking although he did look awkward alot.

Kane seriously looked like he might be Mr. Money in the Bank and took a ton of bumps even with his black eye.

Matt Hardy might have stolen that match in my eyes and showed that like his brother he has the makings of a champ.

Christian was a little underwhelming but definitely made his presence known

Bourne showed he has the makings of a Benjamin, Mysterio Hybrid which will be enjoyable

Evan Bourne he did it no matter what and it seemed like they stood away from the big pops big jumps big crashes

Christian and Hardy defiantly carried a lot of this match and told the story.

But all the men did great and i felt it was a very good match.

This years entire Money in the Bank match was the least exciting out of all of the previous Money in the Bank matches and nobody was able to impressed me.

There was alot of times that I completely forgot that Drew McIntyre, Dolph Ziggler, Kane, MVP, Shelton Benjamin and even Jack Swagger until the finsih were even in the match.

Its unfortunate that the best moments of the match were Kofi Kingston's stilt walk and even Bourn hitting his finisher off of the ladder scaffold which was no higher than the top turnbuckle where he normally does the move.

^^^ i agree it was ok for money in the bank match, no way one of the best, ok it had it moments but only 2 thats it, it was also a complete cluster f**k, why in the world they had 10 guys yet used 6 is unknown, it really was Matt, Kofi, Christian, Even, kinda kane and all coz he won Swaggers match.

His twist of Fate from the top of a the ladder was pretty good

I thought that was a reverse DDT by Christian hence why he got up quicker?

But yeah I think Matt was the real trooper in that match. He too ksome heavy bumps and was the cornerstone of almost everything that happened in that match. I was a bit shocked when he took that bump where Swagger pushed him off the ladder and he flipped onto the other ladder resting on the middle rope. BRUTAL :D I hope Matt is rewarded the way he should be and follows in his brothers mainevent footsteps because lets be honest he deserves it.

Kofi was the most impressive IMO. Looks like Kofi is becoming the new Shelton Benjamin of the MITB ladder matches, this is the 2nd year in a row where Kofi had the best performance in the ladder match. How cool was it watching Kofi stilt walk to the middle of the ring and start climbing the ladders while closed.
It wasn't a very good match this year (compared to others that is) and the only real standouts of this years match was Kofi and Evan Bourne, but if I had to choose 1 over the other I gotta give it to Kofi.

From the moment he came out I have to say Swagger impressed me the most in this match, not at all because he won.

MITB is an excellent way to show off potential main eventers and while this MITB match might be the worst one I have seen, Swagger came out in his new attire, and from the moment I saw him, he screamed main eventer to me. For this great image he portrayed, he has to get my nod.
