it isn't always about who he held down as much as who he didn't elevate. remember when he was on smackdown and him and jeff hardy were fighting to become champ? when he has the champ there, he could have lost to hardy which would have made hardy bigtime. instead he lost to someone else, who then lost to hardy. it seems a lot of things like that happened but to be fair, vince has the final call and he is always protective of his top guys. cena could have really put over the nexus but didn't, taker could be putting over a lot of guys but isn't, etc. it is the nature of the business. triple h is no more guilty of it than anyone else, we just noticed it more since wwe was the only company to watch and he was usually the top guy on raw. just remember this: when was the last time he held a title?
