Who believes Kanyan?

Dark Match Jobber
I am not sure if this was already posted already so I apoligize if I am repeating someone. Well this whole Kanyon bull bout being fired because he is gay is pissing me off. First off Pat Patterson is gay and is out. Pat Patterson is the first I.C. champ and is one of Vinces buddies. Also if Vince was against gays he would never have Rico or Goldust be who they were or even Gunn and Palumbo become gay lovers and almost get married.. That would make him a hypacrit.. yeah he might be already but im proving a point..lol...Kanyon needs to stop trying to get the spot light because no oneis going to hire him because his name is no longer big. So lets all hope that we don't read anymore of Kanyon stuff about how WWE fired him because hes gay...no one cares:wwf:

I don't think he was fired for being gay. But I do believe he may have been treated poorly by WWE officials, even if not Vince personally, but others in the company. Because let's face it, there's animosity towards homosexuals at every workplace. But I definitely don't think that's why he was fired, he was released because he just wasn't as over in WWE as he was in WCW and they just really had no use for him.

In answer to the title, Kanyon believes Kanyon. He was fired, not because he was gay but because he got injured and when he came back they had no storylines for him. Vince doesn't care if you're gay (Pat Patterson) or a convicted armed robber (Booker T) if you can make him money and the WWE fans happy, he loves you. Maybe not in the way Kanyon may like though!

Kanyon and Warrior really need to get together and combine all their ****amamie ideas and conspiracy theories together. Both of them are bitter ex WWE stars who miss the limelight so bad that they will do anything to get another paycheck sdigned by Vinnie Mac...but I dunno how well that would work...once Warrior told Kanyon "Queerin don't make the world work"

I think Kanyon should have got a better chance in WWE. He did get a good push when he was in the Alliance.

Theres no way he was fired for being gay when Pat Patterson is still working there as a road agent. Everytime someone who is different in some way is fired, they allege that it was because of that difference. I wish I was a black homosexual transvestite so that I could have the worlds best job security, the security being that my employer knows if i get fired im gonna sue their ass off.

cuckfena, I never knew booker was convicter of armed robbery, so i went to his wiki page, and it talked about that, then had a wmv file of him calling hulk hogan the n word on live tv. It's really funny cause after he says it he covers his face with his hands and looks back at whoever the girl is with them and she laughs at him, i guess he was embarassed.

.

Of course there is a way, considering that there's a difference in the situations. Kanyon is clearly scorned and running his mouth and a lot of what he said is probably b.s. He wants to paint Vince as a villain, but realistically there may be some merit to some of what he's saying. That's in reference to Vince having a problem with him for being gay. Vince obviously doesn't dislike gays a whole, but that doesn't mean that Vince doesn't have a problem with Kanyon being gay, not because he's gay, but because of what his coming out what represent. I'll further explain.

You're looking at the similarity being that two men are gay and therefore Vince doesn't have an issue. The big picture however suggests a difference in how each person's homosexuality may affect WWE or Vince. (not in a way that implies Vince disliking Gays). In Patterson's case he's working behind the scenes helping out the company, etc. Perhaps Kanyon was admant about coming out (which he has the right to do) and Vince was very against it because he felt like it would cause a problem in the lockerroom, with people wanting to work with him, with a fan backlash, etc. That is NOT an issue with someone like Patterson that isn't actively wrestling and therefore not likely to get a certain sort of treatment. I'm not saying that I agree, but maybe that's Vince's perspective.

So while it's obviously true that Vince doesn't dislike gay people as a whole, it doesn't automatically mean that certain situations involving the homosexuality aren't issues for him. (what i mentioned above). It also doesn't mean that the whole "Boy George" thing with Kanyon wasn't a punishment. It's just that the punishment probably isn't because Kanyon is gay (like he claims) rather possibly becuase of how he was going about certain things. It's obvious that Kanyon is one to speak his mind so is it really out of the question to believe that despite Vince having a close gay friend, that something dealing with Kanyon's homosexuality (not the fact that he was homosexual in itself) wasn't an issue?

We can't prove that.

Kanyon gay! What the hell, I didn't know that. I dont think he got fired for that though, maybe cause no one liked watching him wrestle.

Kanyon needs to stop babbling and start paying attention. He had an amazing chance to put himself over in the cage match him and DDP had against Kane & Taker a few years back. I was half expecting a good fight in that match because DDP seemed to be doing something nobody had ever done - he got the better of 'Taker. Kanyon however, appeared to be the weak link at the time. DDP was the only saving grace in that match, as I recall it, and it really showed how lackluster Kanyon was. His 'Alliance MVP' role was poor, and his wrestling was even poorer.

On another note the only two moves of his I can actualy remember were a combination of a Russian Leg Sweep & The Stroke, and some weak move whereby someone was fame-asser'd while they were resting in the corner. The former was a half decent move, but the latter was reflective of Kanyon. What was his finisher?!

Considering TNA stars refer to WWE as the homosexual program, I am very surprised that Kanyon would even consider calling WWE homophobic. For me, it was remarkable to see a gay wedding on USA television, and even more audacious that they had someone like Goldust. The only thing I can think of is how damaging the stigma of Kanyon coming out would have had on the company. Big sweaty men rolling round and one of them being a puff really sends out bad messages, especially considering some people see WWE as homoerotic emtertainment anyway (just look at poor Randy Orton).

I heard that jeff hardy was gay.

What? Try not to respond with one sentence ok? Could you provide some evidence where you heard that? Do you have a link to back this claim up?

Pat Patterson's gay and I heard Sylvan is as well. It leaked to the net about rumors that Trevor Murdoch's gay, then during a WWE.com Unlimited, he admitted being bisexual.

Kanyon has just lost it. He went through suicide attempts as well since being released.

I don't think Vince is against gays, however, you can't have gay wrestlers in wrestling in my opinion. It can make other wrestlers feel uncomfortable. In wrestling there's a lot of crotch grabbing and I don't know about you, but I'd feel kind of weird grabbing onto a gay guys crotch or having a gay guy grab mine. I think Kanyon needs to grow up already. We all know how he feels by now. I mean he's said it on nearly every radio station in the country.

That's just rediculous, When you're wrestling, you are doing your job, you are entertaining the fans, you are consentrating on what you are doing, not trying to find ways to grab another man's crotch. If other wrestlers feel unconfortable then that's their problem. Gays have just as much a right to be in wreslting as anybody else.

Those guys are not gay their characters they play were (well goldust was married on - screen to Melina and also off screen)

Are think you mean Marlena not Melina but that is another issue.

It was Kanyons choice to tell the whole he was gay, so any consequences are his fault.

Kanyon was fired not because he was gay, but because noone cared about anything he did during wrestling, his matches would consist of silence by the crowd, mid card matches on velocity.
