Where is this thing with Kane leading to.

I think that a Kane face turn is inevitable but I think he turns and the authority takes him out. Let him stay off TV for months give people a break from him for a while and then after a Ppv have Rollins come out and cut a promo when Kane's pyro goes off and the big red machine returns with the mask I think he needs to go out with the mask. Give him one more run with probably a U.S. Title reign or an intercontinental title run, but no more comedy have him dominate and eventually retire at wrestlemania.
What would you guys do with Kane at the moment.

It could be as simple as that; a way to give him one more brief program before calling it quits.

I would prefer he broke off from the Authority and led some sort of contra group designed specifically to "get" them. True, that would bug a number of people on this forum who are sick of Kane and want him out ASAP.

Personally, I've been wondering if this hasn't been the plan for quite some time, especially since he can get physical and enforce policies any time he wants. No, I don't see him going back under the mask; he shouldn't need it.

Then again, what guys would he have under him to oppose the Authority? That's a tougher question.

Probably, though, the plans aren't anything that grand even though he might not be as close to retirement as his detractors hope.

If he was to lead a group to oppose them he would need a guy to be the main guy of the group I like the idea of dean ambrose being in that role he would be in Kane's bracket being a lunatic or maybe bray turns face and fills that role. Then every group needs a tag team of some sort to counter the opposing tag team who I think the authority should get maybe Kane's is Tyson Kidd and cesaro but personally I think tweak the ascensions gimmick abit maybe be more like the original gimmick they 1st had in nxt and then have Paige join and start a program with Steph I think the ascension would be good because it fits with Kane's image a bit who would you choose

I wouldn't mind seeing Kane go out against HHH. I could see Kane help Rollins win once again at Payback, but turn on him the next night after Rollins trashes him. Kane could end up grabbing HHH by the throat or something similar before finally getting beat down by The Authority. H could take him out with a sledgehammer leading to Kane being out for a few months. It could lead to a program where Kane tries all he can to get H in the ring. H says he must put his career on the line, and you know the rest.

I could see it. There's nothing really left he can do as a heel under the Corporate Kane character. It's getting so repetitive for him, he routinely has matches with Reigns and Orton.

I'd love to see him turn face with the mask on again. I wouldn't even be mad if he main evented a PPV against Rollins (as long as he's a face). I think he'll help Rollins win at Payback but turn on him and get fired by The Authority, return with his mask but Show returns and he feuds with Show then faces Rollins at Battleground for the title.

Unfortunately it looks to be heading for a title match against Rollins, hopefully at Elimination Chamber so it's a quick two week build instead of having to sit through all the long talking segments that are the same arguments over and over again. I'm not interested in seeing these two fight, but hopefully they can just get it over with and move on to anyone else.

Unlike most people, mainly detractors, I am not sick of Kane, but I am extremely weary of his Corporate Kane gimmick. It has been pointless for some time now, and continues to trend well below mediocrity. I hate saying this, because I am a huge fan of the man, but his character has just become mind numbingly boring. And each time it looks as though he might make the turn, he relents and does what's " best for business ". I do not want to see Kane versus Show, or Reigns. Nor do I think that they should put Kane in a WWE WHC title scenario. I think they should keep it simple: have Kane save Rollins' at Payback, but have HHH fire Kane anyway, just for the hell of it. Kane goes away for a while, a few months, and returns sans any build at all, setting up a Kane vs. HHH match. Afterward, maybe a solid IC title run, ending his career in a title defense at WM.

No please not let him wear that mask one more time! It has became so irrelevant just like how he had became. He can't even wrestle anymore (apparently). He had became so sloggy in the ring, whatever he doe on the mic isn't gonna help him anymore. He should face Seth Rollins and Seth should cleanly win over him and put his head through the Cinterblocks and End Kane's career. If Kane can do one final possibly the best thing, is to put someone over and retire.

Going off that, then yes he should return with the mask, have one last dominating run, then go out on a high. The IC title is the perfect chance for him to redeem his character I think, and I'd say have him be the champion from around Suvivor Series all the way up until Wrestlemania where he loses to Bray Wyatt and retires.

Kane does not need to retire but with a bit of time away he can be a special attraction again working only 3 or 4 PPV's a year, if booked correctly.

Of course, that would amount to a world title match in which we knew in advance who would win, which doesn't speak well for the number of performers capable of working the main event. Rollins-Kane is a throwaway match.

Kane is still decent in the ring (although I wouldn't mind him wearing a shirt) but not to fight for the world championship. Not anymore.

I'd prefer him in a non-wrestling role with options to kick someone's ass whenever necessary.

In other words, have him do what he's doing now.

I would not mind reading about Kane working with the NXT talent. I read somewhere he is one of the safest guys in the ring and that might help future talent if he can give them training.

I think Kane had a good run. Random appearances every now and then would be fine. But not if he still has that 'Corporate Kane' gimmick. He can do something similar to Jericho or New Age Outlaw, return to help put over a younger talent. Kanes size and strength along with an intimidating look (that they will have to restore) losing to a younger talent will elevate any career.

I tend to agree with most posting that this is leading up to a face turn and a last hurrah, but I don't like how they are dragging it out over the course of months. This particular situation is damning evidence that they almost just don't know what to do anymore. There is not a single fan out there (if there is let me know, lol) that wants to see Kane slowly turn face over the course of 3-6 months. Get it over with, either have him out their chokeslamming everyone in sight, or have the authority put him in a flaming casket, just get it done.

People saying Kane should put the mask back on are the same people that whine that WWE is too predictable. Oooo Kane putting his mask back on, how long did it take you to come up with that master booking desicion?

Kane doesn't need the mask, nor do I think he needs to continue wrestling on a week to week basis. The guy is the most seasoned veteran on the active roster. I can see him transitioning into an authoritive figure that wrestles once in a while at PPVs. No one is buying Kane with the mask anymore, because we all know him too well without it.
