What's the best way to deal with bullies?

Lol, I meant what is the best way to deal with bullies in general, not if it's my step-mother. I thought it'd be a thread people would have some good insight on or know about, because everyones been annoyed by a bully one time or another.

As for my moms (that's what I call her and it annoys her lol, but it doesn't feel right calling her mom) she can be a real shit fuck. She has two kids of her own and she makes me do everything while they sit around getting pampered. Anytime I'm on wrestlezone, she gives me shit and says "don't you have something better you could be doing." I've never seen her once do that to her kids when they're on the phone, computer, video games (which is constant.)

He's not a kid though, he looks about 25 in the videos he posted...if that's really him......although on his youtube channel he has some racist videos...so ya that's probably him.
