What Was Your Greatest RAW Moment?

Late 1997-Early 1998 when the royal rumble was approaching and Austin had a bounty on his head so he did onto others before they did onto him. He always came through the crowd and gave the stunner to everyone heel or face. Just an amazing thing to do in my opinion.

yeah, for me it would be when DX mocked the Nation of Domination. also, when WWF bought WCW and ECW on air. it was a classic moment and from that point on, you knew that the wrestling world wouldn't be the same ever again. yeah!!! (thumbs up)

This is really obscure but this was about 2003 or 2004 and all I remember was Hurricane was already in the ring and he used to give a mask to some kid in the audience like Bret Hart would do his glasses back in the day. I can't remember if this was a tag match with others involved but Ric Flair came out after on the opponent side. He was a heel back then and when he got to the kid that Hurricane gave the mask to, he ripped the mask off of the kid and you could see the kid crying right after. I still have that on tape somewhere. I refused to tape over that and I'm pretty sure if I found the tape it would be cued up right to that part.

I have 2 .
1. The Raw after Survivor Series 2001, after the Alliance had been defeated Angle & Vince were in the ring. Then Sprach Zarathustra plays over the sound system as the Naitch comes down and is announced as 50/50 partner in the WWE or as he said " Were Partners Vince!!! Wooooooooooo!"

2. The Austin 3:16 says you just pissed your pants. Were Austin threatend to shoot Vince.

For me it's gotta be when Mankind won the title from The Rock due to Stone Cold helping him out. The crowd ovation for Stone Cold was unreal and still amazing to see to this day

When ECW showed up in 1997 on Raw at the Manhattan Center. That was crazy and I was a big fan of ECW and never expected to see them on Raw and hear Heyman doing commentary.

My second favorite would be the Austin Appreciation Night segment that included Angle and the milk truck.

Chris Jericho's WWE Debut

This has to be one of the top RAW moments ever. I watch watching it this afternoon and MAN did it bring back memories.

Back then I was pretty young and didn't have the internet to tell me Y2J was debuting. The countdown finished and the lights went out... no one here can tell me they weren't excited.

There are quite a few...Austin/HBK/Tyson was great. Then you have the beer bath. Match wise I will never forget HBK/HHH at the last Raw of 2005 I think, simply amazing WrestleMania type atmosphere. Flair showing up as Co-owner of WWE was crazy cool along with Bischof's move to WWE.
Also, during the Michaels and Taker program there was a promo where Michaels came from the rafters dressed as Taker and when he hit the ring the DX music started, thats gotta be my absolute favorite to date.

Aha yeah, I remember that night on Raw, think it was in 2000 when Jericho beat HHH for the WWF Title so unexpectedly lol. No one saw it comin! I literally pissed me pants in awe! The WWE doesn't do that no more. However Jericho only held the belt inbetween the commerical break and when they came back on HHH demanded the title back cuz the ref counted too fast lol. Classic

In the history of Monday Night RAW, what was your favourite/greatest moment?

For me, I think the return of Stone Cold Steve Austin during the Mankind Vs Rock WWF Title match was quite possibly the best moment, purely based on the crowd reaction and atmosphere.

Wow, I was just watching that match on Foley's DVD. Greatest Hits and Misses, and I have to say, that one of the biggest pops I have ever heard when Stone Cold came back.

My greatest Raw moment would have to be the return of HHH, that is probably the biggest pop I've ever heard.

I have to say one of my best moments was after the Royal Rumble this year when Taker showed up on Raw.We all kinda knew it would be Taker/Batista,but that's the very reason noone say it coming.The DX reunion also gave me goose-bumps.Like the Taker incident,we all knew it would play out that night,but it some how didnt lose its magic.

if you wanna talk about biggest pops then mine is definetly when stone cold showed up that night on raw as the wwf was being beaten by the alliance and he was back to the "old" stone cold. i know it gave me chills.

jerichos debut and the dialogue between he and the rock thereafter was another awesome moment.

HHH's return was pandemonium. trust me, i was there.

also, when stone cold came to save stephanie from being married to the undertaker during the whole ministry of darkness angle. another awesome stone cold moment. he hit mideon wit that chair sooooo fuckin harrrd. classic.

DX invading WCW / Nitro or DX impersonating the nation. Both tie for funniest things I have ever seen in wrestling. The Nitro invasion was just so so so hilarous, I like when the line between kayfabe and reality is blurred thru humor so that pretty much was perfect IMO.

Now I wouldn't be Edgefan#1 if my favorite moment didn't involve Edge, would I? Edge's return from neck surgery at the Draft Lottery and spearing
Eric Bischoff in half. Damn what a spear! That and The Rock returning to aid Mick Foley in his fued with Evolution. When Foley showed up and announced he brought back the Rock I kid you not I fell out of my seat!

1- Jericho winning the title from HHH only to have it taken away.. Absolute pandemonium in the stands.. If only RAW was like those days..

2- Taka beating HHH.. No one seems to remember it and can't find a clip anywhere


3- ECW invasion part II (Alliance).. Wasn't watching wrestling at all during that time and a friend of mine was... Just randomly decided to watch some before we went out and caught it just in time.. Gave me goosebumps when Heyman went on the mic and then the ECW music hit

Hey Big Kev I Believe That Was On Smackdown With The Nwo Chair Vince Was Sitting On. How About When Kurt Angle Brought Out The Milk Truck And Start Spraying Everyone In The Ring With Milk? Those Were The Good Ol Days When I Used To Look Forward To Watching Wrestling.

1. The nWo destroys the Rock with a Truck, that was awesome.

2. ECW arrives, when RVD and Dreamer came out of nowhere and formed the ECW invasion it was awesome cause I didn't read the internet sites that much then and shocked me to see them come outta no where.

3. Matt Hardy return, real or shoot? The night Matt Hardy showed up on raw after his 90 day no compete clause it was awesome cause it actually suprised me and nothing seems to be a suprise these days.

4. The night Hurricane beat the Rock.

Well looking back on Raw, and realizing many great moments came to mind, Austin spraying the beer every where, Kurt Angle doing the same but with milk, gosh this was priceless. I believe when Austin came out and saved stephanie from the ministry that was a priceless moment. Where on a live telecast that Shane Mcmahon bought wcw. last but not least this has to go with my favorite ending but it totally was a classic raw moment where Michaels super kicked Shelton after Shelton jumped off the rope. That was a classic. Even though this was already mentioned but when Mick foley announced rock as his tag partner, i almost crapped myself, i wasnt expecting it.

For as much as I bash the WWE, there have been a slew of great moments on RAW. I have 2 favorite moments that stick out in my mind:

1. Of course it's gotta be ECW related, right? My fondest RAW memory is the very first invasion angle where Vince actually invited the guys from ECW to a few RAW shows. It was a very realistic angle, as I'm sure part of it was a shoot on Paul Heyman's end.

2. The first night that RAW became Jericho. The debut of Y2J lived up to the months of hype. Jericho and the Rock jawing back and forth was beyond entertaining.

Where to begin? In no particular order

HHH return- Just the pop that happened was second to only a andful ever.

Undertaker/Steph wedding. We all knew austin was coming in like the cavalry but it was riveting nonetheless.

HHH and Austin get interrupted by BOD- The two man power trip looked un freaking stoppable and the fire goes off. I remember that in 2001 and marking out like crazy.

Foley wins the title- Not because of the change but because of Austin. Him just coming out there knocking the hell out of rock and throwing the hat at vince and shane was amazing.

Beer/milk trucks-Does this need explaining?

HBK/Shelton-That kick was so sweet. Only time i've ever jumped out of my chair during a match.

My all time fav though is steph being announced as the alliance owner. the whole invasion storyline was amazing and the night could've ended with ecw being named as the 3rd brand. But the alliance forming and steph as the owner (in that pink dress) was perfect.
