What to do with Randy Orton now?

Great topic. . And good responses. . I'd love to see a new legend killer and focus on the new legends! RVD is leaving and what a perfect way to send him and his part time buddy Y2J back home. Maybe HHH makes Orton mad by giving everybody else title shots but him and he responds by saying that he feels like killing legends like the old days, And punts RVD or maybe adds a new finisher. . Then after night of champions when a wounded Jericho is talking about his loss to Bray Wyatt out comes Orton.. Goodbye Chris..for good? (Henry, Big Show, Christian, Batista, HHH) he becomes a bigger thorn in Henry's side than Rusev.. which irritates big show sort of hindering their relationship. . KANE?? and done right the fans might pop if he calls himself the legend killer and refers to these men as Legends of their time.. It could be a face turn even tho he would be killing beloved wrestlers.. I like what others have said also. .

I don't really understand so many individuals wanting a return of the Legend Killer. Maybe the attitude that came with it but leave the gimmick in the past. Anyway there is no way the Legend Killer works today. Who the hell is he going to target? Anyone that could work a decent program with him has already been surpassed by Orton. Working Jericho would provide some great moments but at this stage Orton is in a higer class. It provides little to no help "killing" any "legend" that he arguably ranks higher than.

What Orton needs is a big bang to get his ass back on track. Book him to drop his match against Reigns on next weeks RAW. Allow him to save a little face by taking the L in the wake of an Authority backfire. In two weeks time he drops H with an RKO. No slow build where he flirts with a turn or fools around hitting others with his signature move. He could then kick the crap out of Kan at NOC (quick booked match on short notice) or just show up at the event rasing hell. From there we could get some great battles against Cesaro, Wyatt, Rollins and maybe Brock.
