That's neat. I wish to be in a position of that nature someday.

BA in Journalism, in National University of Ireland, which is luckily situated in my home county. It was what I wanted to do, however its not really grasped onto me as I wished. I've made some money out of it already, I write articles for an Irish sports news site and I've had a few pieces posted in local city newspapers, earned a bit of cash off it but not too much. Assignments have been my biggest fall, I've procrastinated in every which way I could, and tomorrow I'll have to do several assignments for Monday morning and then I also have to go working in a newspaper which shall be great fun -- detect the sarcasm.
Chances are I'll drop it and transfer to another course. Currently IT is peaking my interest due to the money to be made in it, Health and Nutrition is another one for whatever reason and lastly Film and Television. I'd have to change college for Film and TV but this is all if I flunk first year. Drinking my ass off hasn't gone as well as I was hoping for.
You remind me of me when i did IT last year. A piece of advice, don't do IT just because of the money. That was the only reason i did it and i hated it. I was missing assignments and just going out all the time instead since i had no interest in what i was doing.
Also if you change course and have a grant it will get suspended for a year, that along with having to pay 5500 euro in fees for your first year really hits the wallet hard. Basically id advise you to think really hard about which course you want to do.

What are you training to be Batman?
I don't get a grant, even though I should, which already made this year hard. In retrospect what I wish I had done is a PLC, because going from doing a PLC to a college course is cheaper than going from Leaving Cert to College. Also a PLC would have allowed me to have fun for a year, instead of this crap.
Oh and nice signature, love football. Hate hurling, more for personal reasons. I especially hate the Galway hurling team.
