WCW Alumni [Official HQ]

Ace Sleeper

That's some grade 'A' protein!
logo_old_wcw.jpg

This is the official HQ for all of the late WCW mainstays. Some of them older. I had a Kevin Nash thread set up, but I felt a lot of these names need to be put out there. With permission, I gathered the best of the best WCW alumni that haven't been mentioned yet. Lets try to get a classic WCW wrestler to the top this year. Hopefully some of them can make it far. I think with the star power in the list we have a very good chance to make waves.

As you can see some of these guys have been in other companies between WCW stints, but all had some kind of successful run in WCW, and some were almost WCW exclusives. Obviously though there are some huge names on this list and we shouldn't have a problem getting at least a few of them far in this thing. From our big powerhouses, to some of the best technical wrestlers to all time. You can even throw in some spin-a-roonie's and undefeated streaks. It's all here. There's plenty of action going on with WCW, and we have some tough matches to start out on. Lets do this! Vote WCW!

How is Sting not apart of this? I mean, seriously, perhaps the one sole guy who's likely got the best chance to go far - and he isn't even listed?! Shame.

Also, guys like Benoit and Big Show likely accomplished more in WWF/E. Hell, Big Show is even his "WWF/E" name. :p

Anyways, I like a lot of these guys, but match-ups are very important and I doubt a lot of them go deep.

I said above I added all the alumni that hadn't been mentioned yet. Sting is part of the iMPACT! players campaign. I didn't want to make the list too much longer then it already is. I would have to add Hogan, Sting, Flair, Steiner, etc. With the leaving one thread per superstar thread, I tried to leave guys out who already have a HQ. But of course, throughout the campaign they'll get full support.
