Watching Royal Rumble matches 2001-2006

Back when they had cool specialized promos for each that fit what was going on at the time. I miss those days.

My favorite is still CM Punk from two or three years ago when he was in the SES and eliminated a handful of people grabbed a mic and started cutting a promo mid rumble match. He followed it up during the EC match the next month by doing the exact same thing.

It's not that the newer ones don't have effort and passion put into them, it's just that after seeing the same statistics and near identical lines and dialogue in them year after year, they get old. However the last minute with the theme song playing is always fun to watch.
