Just kidding about the admins with inside info. Just wondering why Sly said Cole is the GM, because I don't think he is. I think it's Triple H, allowing him to remain on the show while his injuries restrict his ability to compete.

Of course Cole is the GM. Maybe in the "story mode" of the WWE he's not, but, as far as real life goes, he is. He's the one who makes the matches, he's the one who names the stipulations, he's the one doing the mic work...he's the GM, without the official storyline title.

They mystery GM is just the WWE's way of saying they have no idea who they want as GM, but to avoid looking bad by giving it to Cole, they make up a mystery.

But, for all intents and purposes, Cole is the GM.

He's the GM for now. When WWE decide who they want the Mystery man to be, he'll be retconed into being the GM during the period when Cole was.

Technically though, I suppose Cole's actually a regent.

Fair enough, and of course you are correct in that Cole is performing as the GM in actuality, making the matches, the stipulations, etc., He is, for all intents and purposes, the current GM.

But I'm talking about the storyline GM, the person at the other end of the computer, kayfabe of course, telling Cole what to do and say and giving him the directions. And I don't see Cole as the storyline GM.

Eventually they have to reveal who the storyline GM will be. Maybe it will be this Sunday at Summerslam, maybe much later (hopefully not), who knows? But eventually the point has to come whereby it is announced that the storyline GM, the guy who has been e-mailing Cole and annoying all of us, is (insert wrestler's name here). And I don't see this being Cole (scamming the WWE faithful by pretending to be receiving e-mails). I think it will be Triple H, who is too injured to compete in ring at the moment, but can certainly hold a microphone and serve as GM, keeping him on-screen until he heals up.

HHH as mystery GM, Cole as the leader of Nexus, and the seventh man to be Bryan Danielson, returning to join RAW, only to defect to the dark side and re-join Nexus, on Cole's direction.

There's nothing wrong with being a little delusional, right?
