Ultimate Warrior passes away

I'm actually speechless. I got nothing to add other than holy shit!

Its been confirmed by WWE.

WWE is shocked and deeply saddened to learn of the passing of one of the most iconic WWE Superstars ever, The Ultimate Warrior. Warrior began his WWE career in 1987 and quickly went on to become one of the biggest stars in WWE history. Warrior became WWE Champion at WrestleMania VI, defeating Hulk Hogan in an epic encounter. We are grateful that just days ago, Warrior had the opportunity to take his rightful place in the WWE Hall of Fame and was also able to appear at WrestleMania 30 and Monday Night Raw to address his legions of fans. WWE sends its sincere condolences to Warrior’s family, friends and fans. Warrior was 54 and is survived by his wife Dana and his two daughters.

Three nights after he was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame, two after he made his first appearance on Raw in 18 years.

RIP Ultimate Warrior.

Saddened to announce the passing of the Ultimate Warrior. Icon and friend. My sympathy to his wife Dana and his daughters

I'm thinking his account got hacked because of the fact that the WWE hasn't announced it on their site yet. And you'd think they'd be announcing it before they let an executive or talent announce it.

No fucking way…..that is just awful. What are the odds that the day after he finally returns to Raw right after finally being put in the HOF he passes away…..I'm at a loss for words, the man is a true legend in the sport and a hell of a man. I'm just glad that he finally got into the hall of fame before this happened, it'd have been awful if he and Macho Man had been posthumously inducted. Wow….I'm still in shock…..RIP Warrior. The spirit of the Warrior will run forever.

Anyone else have the feeling he knew? Something about his promo gives me the feeling he maybe knew he was in poor health, or perhaps that's just my mind just screwing with me. Either way, he's one of my heroes and always will be, RIP to the Eternal Warrior. The spirit of the Warrior will run forever. :icon_cry:

Just checked the WWE website. It's legit.

I don't... it's just... too much....

Fuck...

And the man just came back into the limelight not even a week ago. And you really got to feel bad for his wife and kids. RIP Warrior. One of the greatest ever. :(

That's not true at all. Had to have been hacked or something. What chance this happens now of all days? No chance in hell, that's what. I don't get why people do this stupid stuff on social media. Very disrespectful.

Edit: wow smh

Wow RIP to the Ultimate Warrior. At least he and the WWE were able to reconcile and he was able to take his place in the HOF and return to RAW before it was too late. Again RIP.

I'm shocked. If you go back and watch his segment on Raw, I recall him grabbing at his heart. I wonder if that has any relation to the cause of death.

No matter what, it is very sad. :( I feel terrible for his family.

Edit* I went back and watched the segment from Raw and I didn't see him grabbing at his heart. I don't want to give false information, but I thought I remembered seeing this. It was possibly at the WM PPV when the presented the HoF inductees, but I need to find a clip to make sure. Still, it could be nothing related.

....unless it was self inflicted.

Can't lie, this is easily the most shocked I've been at a wrestling death since Benoit.

The guy walked out onto a stage with his kids only three nights ago! He was at WresleMania two nights ago! He was on RAW last night! Shit just doesn't seem real.
