...............................................................................................

In my opinion, this is the best card UFC has put on in quite sometime. That main card is absolutely STACKED, and even the prelims have some potential show-stealers.

Oddly enough, the main event between Big Nog and Cain Velasquez, while a very good fight, is still perhaps the fight I'm least looking forward to. That's just how stacked this card is. Regardless, this should be one heck of a fight. Cain Velasquez has been on a roll that I don't think anyone ever saw coming, and this is by far and large his biggest fight to date. How will he do? Well, I'm not too sure; it really all depends if he will be able to defend the submissions Nogueira will throw at him while on the ground. Big Nog is undoubtedly the better striker, while Cain Velasquez is the better wrestler, so this fight should be mostly spent on the ground, where Big Nog is absolutely superb (perhaps even the best Heavyweight in the entire division off his back), and a place Cain is yet untested at. So, it'll be interesting to see how this one goes. I have Big Nog winning with a Guillotine in the 3rd Round, but I won't be shocked if Velasquez grinds out the decision.

Wanderlei Silva and Michael Bisping both need wins big time, Wandy especially. Hopefully, Bisping shows up in this one with the mind-set of putting on an exciting fight, rather than hitting and dodging for 3 straight rounds to a decision. The latter is very possible, and if that happens I will be sorely disappointed. However, I don't think Wandy will let that happen. He's way too aggressive, and I think he will have full confidence coming into this fight. Bisping's stand-up and ground skills are is absolutely nothing to fear, so Wandy should bulrush this guy from the get-go. If not, then we're probably in for one boring ass fight; however, I don't think it'll turn out that way. I see Wandy knocking Bisping out in the 2nd Round.

Joe Stevenson vs. George Sotiropoulos will be the Fight of the Night, easily. In my opinion, George Sotiropoulos is without a doubt the most underrated fighter in the UFC Lightweight Division. Since TUF 6, the guy has been undefeated, with impressive win after impressive win. And now, here comes his toughest fight in Joe Stevenson. Joe Daddy lost his mind for a while there trying to become a boxer rather than sticking to what got him to the big game, but in his last two fights he has gone back to what he does best, which is wrestling, GNP, and working for submissions. When Stevenson has a good training camp and the right mind-set, he is a very hard man to beat. And I don't George will be able to. I think fighting in his home country of Australia will put a lot of extra pressure on Sotiropoulos, and against a guy like Joe Stevenson... you need to be completely 100% both physically and mentally. I'm sure George will show up in perfect shape, but I think the nerves will get the better of him this time around, unfortunately. If not though, then I very well can see Joe Daddy, as talented as he is, get outclassed in every way imaginable.

Keith Jardine vs. Ryan Bader intrigues the fuck out of me. Ryan Bader is an AWESOME wrestler, with humongous power in his hands. In fact, I'd go as far as to call him a bigger version of Dan Henderson. However, Keith Jardine at this point is a crafty veteran, who can shock the World in any given fight. Bader, athletically and skillfully, should completely dominate this fight, but you absolutely still cannot count Keith Jardine out. He's a tough son of a bitch, with great knockout power, one hell of a work ethic, and tremendous heart. Bader I don't think has faced someone like that, and while everything points to him winning this fight rather easily, I still say Keith Jardine is by far and large Bader's toughest fight to date. It'll be interesting to see how it turns out.

And of course... it's always interesting/exciting to see CroCop fight. Ben Rothwell is a guy who will stand-up against CroCop, and also someone CroCop should KTFO. CroCop has yet to get that big Knockout in the UFC... well, I have a good feeling he's finally going to get that come February 20th, and I for one cannot wait to see it.

So, I don't know if I will get a chance to watch this card or not yet since I have another thing I have to do on Saturday but this card is damn fine. I think it should be a very exciting card and definitely worth the money to see it, even if there is no title on the line.

Big Nog versus Cain Velasquez is the old guard meeting the young gun. It should be very exciting. I have made it no secret that I am a strong supporter of the AKA team. However, I think Nog has way to much experience here and should defeat Cain. I am thinking there will be a submission either in the second or third round.

Wandy versus Bisping is going to be explosive. I expect Wandy to come out swinging and Bisping dodging like he does in every fight. I am going to take the underdog in this fight and choose Wandy to win. He seems to excel when he fights these younger, brawlers, just watch his fight with Jardine. I think he'll catch Bisping in the first 3 minutes and put him away.

Jardine versus Bader also looks to be an exciting fight. Jardine is still on of the most talented LHW's in the UFC when he chooses to be and Bader is a blue chipper. I think Jardine will pull this off but only because Bader doesn't have the experience against sluggers like Jardine. This fight could really go either way but I am leaning towards the title challenger Keith Jardine of the past to show up.

Stevenson versus Sotiropolus should be a very good fight. Sotiropolus is the real deal in my mind and I expect him to defeat Stevenson and prove his worth to the world. He could seriously be challenging for the LW title by the end of the year. Either George will catch Joe in a submission or this goes to decision.

CroCop versus Rothwell has knockout of the night written all over it. I like Rothwell and am happy to see him in the UFC, however the dream ends here. CroCop has been looking for the head kick and I have a feeling he will get it. Rothwell is tall and lazy at times, CroCop will take full advantage of this and knock him the fuck out.

The undercard also looks good. I expect wins by Haseman, Soszynzski, Lytle, Dollaway, and Pokrajac. Soszynski has looked great upon his debut beside his loss to Vera and I expect him to bounce back with a big win over Bonnar. Lytle is always a good fight and should put his guy away with punches. Haseman drew one of my top 10 jobbers of all time in Elvis Sinosic. Dollaway drew Reljic which could go either way but Reljic has been away for so long that I don't how much ring rust he has.

Ben Rothwell has dropped out of his UFC 110 matchup against Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic due to illness, according to an announcement made Thursday on the UFC’s Web site.

Anthony Perosh will replace Rothwell in the heavyweight bout, which takes place Saturday in Sydney, Australia.

The UFC also announced that Elvis Sinosic suffered a shoulder injury that has forced the cancellation of his bout against Chris Haseman.

:disappointed:

It sucks that Rothwell had to drop out of this fight and so close to it actually happening. However, this is probably a blessing in disguise for the big man. This fight had KO written all over it and probably would have effectively ended Rothwell's run in the UFC. I hope he gets well and can fight soon.

This doesn't fuck the entire card over or anything but it was looking like a fun fight. Maybe if CroCop wins and Rothwell gets healthy it will be rescheduled in the future. This could also be a potential problem for CroCop. Many fighters hate fighting no names on main cards because you never know what to expect. I don't think CroCop will be upset but it is certainly possible.

That sucks, I actually liked the idea of a Cro Cop-Rothwell fight. Maybe Mirko will pick up the victory now though that Big Bens out of the picture, because honestly I wasn't feeling like Mirko was getting it this time. As for Elvis, it kinds sucks, he is the like the worlds greatest and most entertaining can. Its nothing too bothersome though.

Nog-Valesquez- Hopefully Nog pulls this out, I would be lying if I said as I die hard big Nog fan, that the idea of him losing here is crazy, but I really could see Cain just holding Nog down for three rounds if he has improved like he has for the past three fights. Nog can take the submission if he has the opening, easily, but Cain might not give it to him, Cain is a beast, if he goes full force and never lets Nog have a chance at working anything, he could take the desicion. I see it going like this though, 1st round and maybe 2nd round, Nog is on his back getting lay n prayed, then when the gas tank finally is drained in the third, strap on the Armbar, and make everyone who supports Nog ever, proud to be fan.

Wandy-Bisping Lets go Wandy, I would love a Wandy KO here, I mean damn, if he finishes Bisping, then no one could say anything about him being completely done. Bisping is a pretty big threat, and if Wandy KO's him here then he might be taken serious contender again. The day that he make it back to the rankings will be a happy day. Might be a stretch but Silva by 1st round KO.

There are really too many good fights for me get into in depth here right now, but I do expect wins from Stevenson, and Bader. (Or at least I hope) Also wouldn't mind seeing Reljic, and Pokrajak winning there fights as well. As as for Stephen Bonnar and Krzysztof Soszynski. Bonnar all the way, I mean he might not actually win, but I am rooting for him. I really do see a Soszynski win by desicsion though. Bonnar just hasn't been on his last couple of fights.

Very, very unfortunate about Rothwell having to drop out.

Rothwell would have stood and traded with CroCop, no doubt, but this Anthony Perosh is a 2nd Degree Blackbelt in BJJ and will undoubtedly be looking to get the fight to the ground the entire time he's in there. Hopefully though, CroCop still has some great takedown defense in him and can keep the fight standing, so we can get that devastating knockout we've all wanted to see from CroCop since he joined the UFC. It's just unfortunate that he'll have to do that against a no-name, rather than someone like Rothwell, who is known and respected by a lot of MMA fans out there.

It's almost a lose/lose situation for CroCop. If he wins he beat a can, and god forbid but if he loses he lost to a can. I'm praying that CroCop will show up. It doesn't even have to be CroCop of old, just half of the CroCop of old would do.

Lesnar's trainers were saying that he was looking for a July return. If that happens I can see him defending his title against the winner of Cain/Nog as the winner of Mir and Carwin may not be ready by then. It kinda makes the interim title look like it's not needed. So I see this fight having big title implications for either Nog Or Valasquez.

I think i'll cry if Wandy loses again. And to Bisping of all people. Not that I hate Bisping, but I honestly don't consider him more than a gatekeeper. It's hard to predict this one since Wandy has never fought at 185, or at least not that I can remember off the top of my head. Here's hoping in can lock that plum in and get a KO via knees.

Jardine is so damn inconsistent it's hard to gauge what could go down in this fight. His awkward ass style poses a problem for some guys, but I think it poses more of a problem for him. People can figure out his timing now easier than they could before. He has decent take down defense, but we will really get to see how good Baders take downs are as I don't see him wanting to stand and trade with Jardine. Bader takes this by tko in the late second.

Stevenson has been finding his footing lately and is working up to a rematch with Penn. In my opinion he's one of the most well rounded fighters in the UFC. However Sotiropolous will really give him a run for his money on the ground if it gets there, and I'm sure it will. If George picks this win up I can see him getting a title contender shot as his next fight, and the same goes for Joe Daddy.

I said in the first post that I thought this was going to be the best UFC pay-per-view card in a long while, and I think I was right.

CroCop, again, didn't get that devastating knockout like I hoped for, but a win's a win. I keep reading that he was lucky Rothwell pulled out... I have to disagree with that assessment. CroCop had a nice, long training camp preparing to fight Ben Rothwell, and then a couple of days before the fight, he learns he has to fight this 2nd degree BJJ Black Belt, who has done very little in the UFC. It threw him completely off his game, like it would have ANY striker out there who spent MONTHS preparing to fight another striker. That's simply a fact. But, like I said, whether it was impressive or not, at the end of the day CroCop got the victory, and that's all that matters because it guarantees another fight in the UFC.

My upset prediction of the night was ALMOST pulled off. Keith Jardine had Ryan Bader beat... but, then in the 3rd, got caught. Damn disappointing for Jardine, but regardless... he put up a worthy performance, and I don't think he'll get cut. Anyway, Bader, while clearly losing the 2nd Round, still looked pretty awesome in the fight. He won the first round with the takedown and the control of Jardine on the ground, and of course those finishing strikes in the 3rd were absolutely beautiful. This guy has some serious, serious power in his hands. However, I think he might be getting a little cocky about it, which will cost him in his next fight, which I think will be the winner of Jones/Vera (both excellent strikers and would absolutely kill Bader on the feet).

George Sotiropoulos looked absolutely SUPERB in his fight against Joe Stevenson. Superb. His boxing was crisp, and of course on the ground he completely outclassed Joe Stevenson in every possible sense. I think with this fight Sotiropoulos showed the World that he is indeed one of the best Lightweights out there. People don't know (hell, I didn't even realize it until recently myself) that the guy fought Aoki (currently 2nd Ranked Lightweight in the World) in 2006 and completely dominated the fight before getting DQed early in the 2nd. But yeah... one more win like this, and this guy should get a fight against BJ Penn, for sure. In fact, put him in there with Maynard for good measure. Let him show the World just what an overrated hack Maynard is, and there will be no doubt that this guy is deserving of a shot at that Lightweight Title. And if you ask me, even though I would pick BJ Penn to win it, Sotiropoulos still stands more of a chance against him than ANYONE in the Lightweight Division right now (not just in the UFC, but in MMA period).

I fucking LOVE Chris Lytle, and was very happy to see him get such an impressive victory tonight. Hopefully now he'll get matched up against some tougher talent on the main card like he deserves. Chris Lytle is easily one of the best, most well-rounded fighters in the UFC Welterweight Division, and has been so since after Matt Hughes fight. He deserves much better than what he's been getting if you ask me.

Poor Stephan Bonnar. The guy just can't catch a break. I think he has a spot in the UFC for life, though. And for the record, fuck Krzysztof Soszynski. I can't stand the douchebag. Looking forward to seeing somebody put the prick in his place soon.

Was Wanderlei Silva spectacular, or was he fucking SPECTACULAR, huh? It sucks that he couldn't get the finish, but still it was an absolutely AWESOME performance against a very good fighter. Silva look damn good (and different) at 185 and I think he'll do some great things in the division. Though, thinking about it, it still kind of sucks Sexyama pulled out of this fight. Sexyama vs. the Wanderlei we saw tonight would have been beyond epic, but oh well. Hopefully we'll get that fight soon enough though. It needs to happen. Anyway, as far as Bisping... he'll bounce back, but I think it's time everyone face it (like I have) that the guy will always be a very good fighter, but not an elite fighter.

Lastly, Cain Velasquez..... WOW!!!! I mean, I'm still blown away by that performance. Holy fuck, that guy is FORREAL. I feel terribly for Nog, but honestly.. like Sherdog put it, tonight's fight was basically a passing of the torch, and Cain Velasquez showed that his time is NOW. With that said, Cain Velasquez vs. Brock Lesnar, July.... needs to happen. There's no ands, ifs, or buts about it. Put it together, Dana.

This was one of the best cards the UFC has put on in a while.

The Cro Cop fight started off real slow, but my god, Perosh got busted open at the end. I think the fact remains that Cro Cop is 100% a shell of what he was in PRIDE at this point. If he was in there with Ben Rothwell, I think Rothwell easily would have had it handled. I don't think Cro Cop has much to be proud about from that fight. He was in there with someone who took this with no notice, and Perosh was basically a tackling dummy for Cro Cop. I read they actually tried getting Rampage and Randy in there to fill in for Rothwell, but they didn't want to do it. I'm sure Rampage didn't because he was cornering for Bisping and he's nowhere close to being in fighting shape, and I don't think Randy saw this PPV as being a big grosser (remember, he gets a cut of PPV buyrates of shows he fights on).

Bader/Jardine started off pretty slow but it ended in a pretty spectacular knockout. Bader continues to prove he's the real deal, and I have no idea where Jardine goes from here. He's now 0-3 in his last three. Unless the UFC looks at you as being indispensable, a legend, or a friend (Wanderlei, Cro Cop, Bonnar), chances are that you're going to have a hard time sticking around. I hate to say it, but I think Jardine is going to be future endeavored from the UFC.

George Sotiropoulous showed in his home country last night that he absolutely belongs in that upper echelon of fighters in the lightweight division. I'd love to see him take on Gray Maynard next, and if he can beat Maynard, he should be next in line for the Lightweight Title. Just a great performance from start to end, Stevenson had no answer for anything he had. I thought throwing him in there against Stevenson was too much for him, but he responded to the challenge last night and passed with flying colors. Great fight, and that Aussie crowd was tremendous during that fight.

And I need to see the Aoki fight to see how he did against Aoki. He wound up losing by DQ due to a groin strike. I want to see how he performed in that fight. George showed last night that he's the real deal.

Wanderlei Silva is back! I was so psyched for this fight, and I was actually looking forward to this fight with anticipation, something that hasn't happened for awhile. I really like Wanderlei, and I really do not like Michael Bisping. I was really hoping for a brutal knockout, but I'll take a dominant decision win for Wanderlei who looks like he's back after the weight cut and the facial reconstructive surgery. I like how Bisping felt he won the fight, despite almost getting choked out at the end of the second round, and basically getting knocked out at the end of the third round. He and his corner are so delusional. Wanderlei finished each round so strong, and I was so happy to see him pick up the win there. Bring on Sexyama.

I was fully expecting a decision to take place in the Velasquez/Nogueira fight. I was expecting a really close decision in favor of Nogueira. Velasquez showed that he wasn't going to let a decision happen, and took matters into his own hands by brutally knocking out Nogueira. I don't think anybody saw this coming. Nogueira does not get finished. I'm disappointed, I was expecting Nogueira to continue to ride the momentum he had against Couture. But Cain Velasquez is just that good, and I think he's ready for the title now. I'm glad the Heavyweight Division is so strong right now, with Lesnar, Carwin, Mir, and Velasquez all in the fold right now for the title, and Junior Dos Santos is so close to breaking through too.

well i will admit to being cocky as i was waiting on bisbing for $250 for $10 along with soccer teams.i was convinced the only way silva would win was 1st round ko i was so cocky after the count not only weathered the 1st round but easily bossed it bar the last 25 secs, how wrong was i to bei really thought wanderlei would badly gas.credit to the axe murderer the highlight was me fancying nog and my bud also fancying him.the degenerate gambler in me shone bright and i took cain for approx $100 on a fighter i didnt fancy, god bless my mma prediction skills.as i won overall on the night but i picked the 2 losers originally in the co mainevents.i love drinking vodka and cider praying that cain would win on points as that was the only way he would win.see how good i am?

and wanderlei can be a hard bastard but hes still an an ugly cunt

I haven't seen all of the fights yet, but from what I have seen HOLY SHIT! This card really lived up to the hype and may be my favorite since the cards from 2004 and 05. It seemed like every fighter brought their A game for this card. What a pleasure it must have been for the Aussie crowd to see these warriors come out and put on shows.

Soszynski and Bonnar was a decent fight. Both men came out punching as I expected. I really do enjoy Soszynski when he fights and it's a shame he gained a win at the expense of Bonnar, but Dana has stated that Bonnar is going nowhere. Shame the fight had to end on a cut.

Chris Lytle is a monster. End of story. I have been a fan of his for years and I think he is better then ever. He seems to finally be getting back to his BJJ roots which will benefit him greatly from here on. I cannot wait to see who he gets next.

Joe Daddy and Sotiropolus was great. I have been saying for well over a year that Sotiropolus was the real deal and last night he proved it. He did not just beat a former title contender, he dominated him. I would love to see Sotiropolus beat Maynards ass and prove he deserves the next shot.

Wandy came to play. I was ecstatic to see him win last night. I had Wandy winning but I figured it would be by KO. Did not expect to see him just dominate Bisping for 3 rounds. I give Bisping credit though, that choke was tight as hell and he fought through it to the bell. Hopefully we will get Wandy and Sexyama next.

Cain Velasquez represented the AKA team nicely last night. What a stunning and brutal KO. Way, way more impressive then Mir's KO. Hopefully Nog can get back on the winning track but until then PLEASE Dana, get Cain into a fight with Mir, Carwin, Junior or Lesnar as fast as possible.

I have yet to see the Bader KO of Jardine but look forward to the fight, I hear it was epic. Really sad to see Jardine lose cause I love the guy but I believe since he put on a strong performance he might not get cut. Also, I have not seen the CroCop fight yet. It is nice to hear he won but then again I am glad he did not have to fight Rothwell cause I think Big Ben would have crushed him from what I have heard.

Poor Stephan Bonnar. The guy just can't catch a break. I think he has a spot in the UFC for life, though. And for the record, fuck Krzysztof Soszynski. I can't stand the douchebag. Looking forward to seeing somebody put the prick in his place soon.

WHOA! JMT, I am sorry, but I love the guy. I have to ask you to PLEASE explain your KS hatred. I mean, you're spitting venom here. I think he's a class guy, from his desire to touch gloves between rounds to his post-fight interview. I've liked him since TUF 8.

Aside from that, everything you said was spot on. Vandy looked absolutely on top of his game (and is it just me, or does Bisping look CUT-UP right now? I mean in shape...) and Cain V. is a beast. Early reports from the post-fight state that Nog had to have emergency surgery to relieve sweling in his nasal area following the KO because he couldn't breathe. That's sick. A man who's never been stopped like that finally was - in dominating fashion - and had to have surgery because of how badly his face was rearranged.

As for Cain vs Brock in August - I have one reservation. Let's say it happens, and let's say Cain wins. Could Brock then play the "first fight back" card? I mean, should Brock get one title defense to prove he's still got it before he gets the next generation here? I mean, Lesnar / Mir 3 or Lesnar Carwin would also be huge draws, no?

Yes this was a really good card it was very enjoyable and had some of the better fights that i have seen on a card in awhile.

The Bonnar and Soszynski was a good fight and i like both of these fighters i enjoyed the fight and i was disappointed to see Bonnar lose especially because of a cut but the better man did win.

Chris Lytle really impressed me he pulled off one of the sickest kneebars i have seen in a long time and it came from nowhere. His opponent had to be helped out of the octagon and it looked like his knee was fucked up bad.

Stevenson and Sotiropolous was a good fight to i actually thought that Stevenson would win this fight but i was wrong so i have to give props to INDYjon because he's been talking up for awhile now and i didn't believe him but now i do he's the real deal.

The CroCop was the one disappointment to me i don't know how CroCop did it but he somehow managed not to look good in a win and thats weird so that makes me think if he fought Rothwell he would get destroyed.

Then my boy Bader beat Jardine which i'm so happy about because i'm a huge Bader fan and he looked good in this fight. This fight showed me how much heart Bader has and now i really do believe that he is a serious contender in the LHW division he didn't look good in the second round but he came out in the third round and pushed the pace and knocked Jardine out and he showed that he has serious knockout power.

Velasquez and Nog was a shocking fight i thought before this fight that Velasquez would pull off the upset but when it happened even i was suprised he is for real and deserves a title shot in my opinion. All in all this was a good card.

WHOA! JMT, I am sorry, but I love the guy. I have to ask you to PLEASE explain your KS hatred. I mean, you're spitting venom here. I think he's a class guy, from his desire to touch gloves between rounds to his post-fight interview. I've liked him since TUF 8.

It was on TUF 8 where he rubbed me the wrong way. I just did not like the guy. I thought he was smug, arrogant, and immature. And then as a fighter, I think he's boring and has zero potential. I don't know, man, I just do not like the guy... no other way I can put it, lol.

Yes, but he'll have that card to play in ANY fight he loses. And honestly, I rather him cry that bullshit against someone like Cain Velasquez, then a guy like Frank Mir. I've been saying it since the news first came out about Brock's return in July/August that I did not want him to have that excuse if he loses that fight to Frank Mir. However, it wouldn't bother me with Cain Velasquez, because I think people would be able to see through it a bit more, and of course there would be more of a possibility for a rematch sometime down the line between those two, than it would for Mir vs. Lesnar 4 to ever happen.

What fucking card guys, love that Wandy kicked himself a little ass, that made me feel good, total sadness about Big Nog getting K the fucked O'd by Cain, but damn Cain looked impressive. He answered alot of questions at 110, I don't think that its because Nog is not as good as he used to be either, I think that night, Cain could have fucking defeated anybody. He was hungrier, he wanted that victory so bad, and I 'l be damned if he didn't walk that walk and took that W one of the least imaginable ways possible, ref stoppage, and not a bullshit stoppage like Mir's fight with him, Nog needed to be stopped last night. He would have got hurt terribly. Props to Cain, and even though I am not a fan I think he is in top tier now for sure. Like I said before too, Nogs not done, he just won't get to the title again, when he was looking pretty close to it.

Also, awesome to see Cro Cop leave Perosh a bloody mess. I don't care if he was a can, It made me feel awesome to see Crop Cop kick some ass, I've been dying to see him beat the shit out of somebody for a while now so I got my fix. Next time though I hope he gets a pretty decent name, and opponent who doesn't take the fight on a few days notice. That was pretty much suicide for that guy to fight Cro Cop with hardly any preparation.

Ecstatic about the Wanderlei win. I am not a Bisping hater, but I am glad that he was the one Wandy beat over Akiyama. Bisping has a bigger name and has impressed me alot more then Akiyama has in the UFC. Here is to Silva putting a win streak together.

Sucks that Stevenson loss, as soon as I am convinced he was on the path back to the title he gets bested by George. Loved the fight though, that D'arce choke Stevenson pulled out at one point was amazing, it had to be one of the fastest chokes I have ever seen applied. George is going places, I consider this guy to be one of the best at lightweight, its only a matter of time before he gets to the title.

Cool to see Bader win, I bet he gets a big fight next time, I know it was just Jardine he KO'd, but thats still a huge win for any UFC rookie. Chris Lytle is the man also, I absolutely love this guy, and apparently everybody else does too, which is awesome. His knee bar was sick, what was really sick though, is how the hell he transitioned in to it, all I can say is wow.

This card was great, havent seen all undercard fights but every match was good.

Cro Cop did not impress that much but he had so much to lose and so little to win, maybe thats why he looked a little "safe" i dont know. Hope we get Rothwell-Cro Cop soon.

Jardine needs to keep his hands up, his chin is not the best. Bader looked good for 7-8 min then he gassed and was loosing the fight imo until the ko. He needs to work on his cardio and not look for the ko in every punch, he has to much muscle to do that.

Chris Lyttle is the man, how can anyone not like this guy? In his last 8 UFC fights he has 4 fight of the nights, 2 subs of the night and 1 ko of the night. Thats insane, and he has never been finished in 50 fights other than 2 cut losses. Lyttle-Kampmann would be awesome.

George Sotiropoulos was AMAZING, i knew his bjj was good but this was just crazy, totally dominating Stevenson. Dont "protect" this guy, put him against Maynard like jmt said to get the nr 1 contender after Edgar fight BJ, they will probably give him 2 "easy" fights so that they can have a mega fight for the title in Australia. I found Aoki-Sotiropoulos on Dailymotion, am going to watch it soon

Wanderlei looked way better than at 205, he fought much smarter and didnt just look to end guys in the first minute. I could se Bisping winning the fight if it wasnt for the guillotine in the second(he was almost out) and the last 15 sec on the third round. It looks like Sexyama-Wanderlei, maybe do it on the Vancouver card?

Cain is the real deal, i didnt think he had that kind of power in his hand. Carwind-Mir will get Lesnar if the winner is not hurt, let Cain wait to November for the fight cause he has earned it. Nogueira looked slower than usual, even in the Couture fight i thought he didnt look so good. Maybe do Cro Cop-Nogueria 2 in the future, Nog doesnt have much time left.

Bonnar-Soszynski was a really good fight, to bad it ended via headbutt. A rematch will probably happen.

And the crowd was maybe the best crowd UFC has ever had, did they even boo once?

Great card. I really was impressed by Sotiropolous. He and Joe Daddy put on a serious display of grappling that would impress even the most heavy critics of MMA. Otherwise, the Crocop fight was a downer, for me. I do think that Perosh was ballsy beyond measure as he showed up ready to fight even though he had been scheduled to do battle at LHW. Still, though. You could see Crocop holding back on the guy and it was still brutal as all hell. I hope they put Mirko in a good fight soon. Rothwell or Pat Barry would be cool. Hell, even a rematch with Kongo or Gonzaga. Wanderlei made me happy. It's very visible that he's lost a step with all of the accumulated wars, but it was nice to see him get the win over Bisping. And the main event? Bummer. I'm a Nog fan through and through, but it's beyond obvious that his best days are behind him. I don't see him getting close to the upper echelon any time soon. His bad eye and reflexes are just too hindering at this point. I'll still cheer my ass off for the guy. On the other hand, the plot thickened as Cain Velasquez looked brilliant. His standup was very sharp and he finally looked like he's ready to make the jump to top competition and then some. I think he'll be the guy to give someone like Lesnar shitfits because he can kickbox, has great cardio, and also has a phenomenal wrestling base.
