Zenit St. Petersburg 2-0 Rangers FC

Anyone watch the UEFA Cup Final? IF you didnt dont hope for anything great because Rangers were average like usual and Zenit had the better passing and attack. First goal by Zenit just was pass and shoot and in the hope of bringing back a goal they put 3 up front, this allowed Zenit to push forward due to shitty defence and the skillfull passing they just tapped the ball in at the last minute.

After Zenit hammered FC Bayern Munchen the German Champs 4-1 they in my mind were allays going to win in Manchester.

It was either Bayern or Zenit and whoever went through would probly beat Rangers guess i was right.

As a Celtic fan i found the crying Rangers fan hilarious. Also the money people spent to get a ticket for the game was ludacris because one guy spent £600 on a ticket and thats like 3 season tickets.

LOL they thought theyd be the second quad winners in Scottish History already owning the League Cup and being in the Scottish Cup Final but they are only one loose away from Celtic being crowned SPL Champions.

Ragers get to the UEFA Cup final and all their fans are happy. It's stupid. It's like Chelsea getting to the Carling Cup final and giving a shit. Rangers should win tournaments like this. They're a boring team, but good. Had anybody in Britain heard of the Russian team before taday? I kinda doubt the majority have. This is a cup for small nations, and teams that appear from 5-10 in the tables.

That was Zenits first ever European run. Zenit have never been in the UEFA Cup or Champions League before.

Rangers fans where not happy because they lost.

UEFA cup is a big Cup for the medium teams and small teams.
Fiorentina, Bayern Munchen the German Champions, Rangers FC, a hand full of mid table English Premiership sides from League cup winners Hot Sup to Bolton wuite a lot of good teams.

UEFA cup is also a way for small teams to try to win there league cup or Country Asociation Cup like the FA cup or the Scottish Cup or Coppa Italia ect to get into Europe.

The UEFA cup is a lot of cash for these teams and it can get there leagues into better ranking in the League rankings.

I hate Rangers stupid scum of Scotland tryin to beat the police, they are orange bastards too because they all see some Dutch prince William from 300 year ago as the saviour who took over Britain and became king.

I'm happy, I'm a Celtic fan so naturally I was rooting for the team not called Rangers. But ya, Rangers should've have had Zenit but how Bayern Munich (another of my teams) didn't blow Zenit over just baffles the hell out of me. I mean a world class club losing to a some Russian club no one has heard of. Then Rangers, a good club for what they are losing again to the same no name club is inexcusable from a Rangers standpoint as they're in a far more competitive and renowned league then Zenit. Not that I cared that much about Rangers I just can't believe Zenit were able to knock off both Munich and Rangers.
