Meh, it was definately disgusting, but I've seen much worse. I'm sure that doesn't even crack the top 10 for Jake.

But its without a doubt real. People don't fake that shit, and as gross as it sounds, there are people out there who get off on piss, shit & vomit. Not sure how they do, but they do.
