Top Ten Moments Of Shawn Micheal's Career

As we all know the career of the HeartBreak Kid Shwan Micheals is over and we will mostly not see him in the ring again i want to ask you what are the top ten moments in the career of HBK.

My List goes as follows:

10) Shawn Micheals Debut: Shawn Micheals debuting in WWF as a member of Rockers must be his no 10 moment. As in 80's pro wrestling was seen as playground of big guys, the Rockers made an impact in pro wrestling's tag team division with their excellent tag team wrestling. They were so exciting to watch that people were so much into them and no matter how big Hbk became as a singles wrestler The Rocker will be considered as one of the very best tag team in history.

9) Breakdown Of The Rockers: The barber shop incident is well know and is one of the best heel turn of all times. Shwan Micheals separating his path from Jennaty for good broke many people's heart and was born the HeartBrteak Kid. This new avatar of Shawn changed his career for ever. His work as a heel in this period was classic and one the best in business. The new heel's today who try to be cocky and arrogant but don't get any crowd reaction from crowd needs to learn something from his work in this period.

8) Ladder Match: At wrestlmania X HBK and Razor Ramon competed in first ever ladder match at this very event and pulled out one of most classic wm match and set the standered for the ladder matches to come.

7) Formation Of DX: Hbk and HHH along with Chyna and Rick Rude forming one of the most beloved and over stable of all time DX. The very edgy attitude of these two was loved by the fans and was one of reason of ignition of fire of attitude era. I mean who din love DX. They were most hilarious thing of the show and did amazing for HBK's Career.

6) Ending Ric Flair's Career: At WM24 Hbk ended the career of RIC FLAIR. This was a very emotional match and pulled off very well. HBK saying "I m sorry, i love you" was a wm moment.

5) HBK Vs UT: Their two Wm matches along with their feud in late 90 is one off most classic rivalry. The hell in cell, casket match , career match ,streak match they had it all.

4) Career is over: UT ending HBK's career at WM 26. The storied career of legend ending in one of the most classic encounters at Wm period.

3) BoyHood Dream Comes true: HBK winning his first WWF championship at WM12 in the classic iron man match which went overtime is my 3rd moment in hbk's career.

2) HBK wins WHC: Survivor series 2002 in the first ever elimination chamber HBK won his first WHC outlasting all other 5 men.

1) HBK returns: In 1998 HBK suffered career ending back injury in casket match against UT and then was forced to retire due to it after droping the strap to SCSA at WM. But he made his return after defeating all odds after 4 long years. I got chills when i saw HBK aging in ring and boy what a run man had for next 8 years.

10 HBK wins his first IC title Shawn had broken up from the Rockers and started on his singles run. He was getting pretty good heat as a heel and working decent matches. However his IC title win started to give him the push he needed and made him a legit singles star.

9 HBK headlines his first Wrestlemania. Although this ended up not being the main event it was for the WWF title and if wasn't for Lawrence Taylor it would have been the main event. This set up the next night on Raw Shawns face turn and started him on the path towards winning the WWF title.

8 HBK vs. Chris Jeriho Wretlemania 19 Shawn had his comeback match against HHH but that was a street fight. A lot of people including Shawn figured it would be his only match of his comeback but instead he returned to Wrestlemania in what many in the IWC considered a dream match. It lived up to the hype as HBK and Jericho meshed perfectly resulting in a show stealing performance by HBK and Y2J.

7 The Rockers debut in the WWF..for the second time. We all know that originally the Rockers were fired by the WWF but only to be re hired. They brought a high flying aspect to the WWF that hadn't been seen much within the WWF tag divison before and put on some great matches. They were insanley over and it helped introduce Shawn to the world.

6 The Ladder Match Wrestle Mania 10. While I think this match is overrated you can't deny its historical signifgance. It's not the best ladder match of all time nor is it the first, but it is the one that is remembered as the first time HBK stole the show at wrestlemania and for its time it was pretty hardcore by WWF standards and had some great spots. It doesn't stand the test of time as much as some other matches do but it is still a great match.

5 HBK vs. Kurt Angle Wrestlemania 21 Many consider this one of the best matches in Wrestlemania history. Back and forth action, amazing storytelling and false finish after false finish had the entire arena on the edge of their seats. This match built up minute by minute all leading up to a great finish.

4 Hell in a Cell HBK vs. The Undertaker This is hands down the best Hell in the Cell match there has ever been. It was the first, set the standard and up to this point no one has been able to top it. It was brutal, it told a great story, and it still rembered today.

3 HBK Returns In 1998 we all thought Shawn was gone for good. His back was shot and there was no chance he would come back. Then in 2002 after not wrestling for 4 years HBK comes back and wrestles an absolute classic against HHH. It was as if Shawn had wrestled the night before and had been for the past 4 years. He didn't miss a beat and it was an amazing sight to see.

2 Iron Man Match. HBK vs. Bret Hart This falls to number 2 on the list because while I enjoy the match I don't consider it one of the best of all time. Although it has to rank high because it is Shawns first title win. It also was a good match but not as great as the WWE would make you beleive. Had there been about 8 min more of action instead of rest holds I feel it would rank higher.

1 HBK vs. The Undertaker Wrestlemania 25 This match was a classic in every sense of the word. Even though most knew Taker would win the match before it started something funny happened during the course of the match.. you started to doubt yourself for just a few seconds and think..wait..HBK can actually win! When he kicked out of the tombstone there wasn't one person in Houston who thought he would. The building shook and this match over time will go down as one of the greatest matches not only in Wrestlemania history, but of all time.

1./2. HBK vs Undertaker Wrestlemania 25 and 26 Why should we label one match better than the other. I loved the wm 25 match. i knew watching that it'd become an instant classic. Then Career vs Streak, U dont get no bigger then that. both matches were great in their own unique way.

3. Shawn Michaels vs Ric Flair. Career Threatening match Wrestlemania 24. what a huge chip on hbks shoulder to b known as the guy that ended the career of one of the greatest wrestlers to ever lace up a pair of boots.

4. Shawn Michaels vs Bret Hart 60 Min. Ironman Match for the WWF championship at Wrestlemania 12. The Boyhood dream, had become a reality. Shawn Michaels was placed as the head of the world wrestling federation by dethroaning the hitman.

5. Shawn Michaels vs Chris Jericho Wrestlemania 19 What more can be said first time ever. Chirs Jericho finally stops worrying about being the next Shawn Michaels and focuses on being the first Chris Jericho. Phenomenal Proforance.

6.Shawn Michaels vs Kurt Angle Wrestlemania 21. First Time Ever, Dispite coming up a bit short. Michaels won the fued with one more victory over Kurt with a Record of 2-1-1.

7. D-Generation X My first Moment on the list the Showstopper was paired with the king of kings originally in 1996, but were ripped apart in '98 and reformed in 2006. (also its a formal note worth mentioning, The Kliq. All four Members HHH, Hall, Nash, and Michaels went on to rule the wrestling world taking over both the top companies in the world.)

8.Montreal Screwjob not one of Shawns or brets proudest moments but no doubt that it was very signifigate, at many recall as The start of the "Mr.McMahon Character."

9. Shawn Michaels vs Undertaker Hell in a Cell Bad Blodd '97 This was the first of its kind. and has definetly set the bar for many many greats in the match known as Hell in a Cell.

10. Shawn Michaels vs. Razor Ramoan Wrestlemania 10 Ladder match for the IC championship Im a big fan of Scott hall but no nessesarely his in ring work. But With shawn it just worked. as shawn could make it work with anyone
