TNA takes a shot at WWE again?

I think that TNA did take a shot at WWE by saying this because the WWE has a Team coming in and invading(NEXUS)and now TNA tries to prove that their invaders and stables are better(E 2.0 or whatever)and Fortune.

Yes, they mentioned something WWE is doing, but they're not copying them. Fortune is made of guys that have been in TNA for years, with the exception of Flair, and one of the first things Dreamer said was that they weren't an invasion. Every company is going to have factions, it makes sense. While I think they should just let ECW die, Idon't see them as a knockoff Nexus.

I didnt see him say they were copying them but anyway yeah it was prob ment as a shoot towards WWE. Which doesnt really matter, its what companies do when they want to compete. The ECW faction however should in no way be looked at as a knockoff of nexus. If anything its a knockoff of what it is which is ECW but thats been done a few times before so TNA isnt at fault for that.

Yeah they probably did, as they always do. But its not really new and the will continue too. They are probably hoping to have WWE mention them on programming. Thing is they always promote WWE! The HOF ring angle, the mentioning of their storylines, hell VKM promoting DX, when the only reason they were the names they were is because of DX!

I love it so much when tna takes shots at wwe, and (in rare cases) when wwe takes shots at tna. It makes things more interesting and exciting.. I would love for vince to stop ignoring tna but oh well we just need to keep waiting.

Yeah, it was pretty much a shoot on WWE. The thing with TNA taking shots at the WWE is that they wind up shooting themselves in the foot as often as anything else.

Take Tommy Dreamer's remarks against the WWE over the past few weeks. Maybe TNA was hoping it'd have this huge impact and make fans rally around the EV2.0 but it hasn't because Tommy Dreamer has no credibility when it comes to shooting on WWE in regards to anything connected with ECW. Tommy Dreamer collected his big paychecks, went out and did his thing, typically jobbed to put some younger wrestler over and played his own role in the decimation of the ECW legacy. Kazarian's comments carry even little weight when you consider the fact that he's essentially the Kendall Windham of TNA's version of the Four Horsemen. Kinda hard to take anything Kazarian says seriously with him getting squashed in 20 seconds by a no talent roid freak like Rob Terry.

Metaphorically speaking, TNA is the "98 pound weakling" that just got sand kicked in its face by the big beach stud. The 98 pound weakling can't fight back, so it's doing the equivalent of calling the big beach stud a stinky doo doo head.

Eh, I don't make too much of it when TNA take shots at the WWE other than getting a few chuckles out of it. I doubt Vince is making a big deal out of it. If he was, he would have been fired back at them like he did WCW back in the day. If Vince really hasn't retaliated to them, I don't see why it should be made a big deal out of.

It was a shot at WWE, but lets be honest, even though I am a big fan of Kazarian, Flair and TNA as a whole, so many more fans care about NEXUS than they do about whatever is going on in TNA, so Vince probably couldnt care less. He is building his next generation of stars as we speak, while TNA is redoing what WWE did years ago with ECW and what NWA did 30 years ago with the Horsemen

Um, yeah, I don't see what's up with these so-called "shots" at WWE. I just find 'em humorous. Didn't Taz say you can get fired for choking someone a few weeks ago? I'm pretty sure that most people who know about the Danielson ordeal would get a kick out of hearing that on television. Same with what Kaz said.
