This Thread is all about ways to help IMPACT! For starters they need to change their name back to TNA the name change never fully happened.They need to look for more talent.They need more knockouts.They need two shows.They need more stage designs.They need at least 7 PPV's.They a true face of the company (not one who was a mid-carder for 10 years and get's a push and the title and is now AWOL),They need to get young talent over.

Shows This would need a bigger roster so I say we get more talent which is in the next bold mark.I say the take one of their minor PPV's and make it a show.I think it should be Saturday Night EXPLOSION! (this could be their red brand).And TNA Tuesday Night IMPACT! (their blue or white brand).They could have Championship Thursday with all champions competing calling open challenges (the titles doesn't have to be on the line).

TalentOnly legends I think TNA should sign is MNM (Melina,Nitro,Mercury),MVP (Montel Porter as his TNA name),Shelton Benjamain,Charlie Haas,basically mid-card ones who didn't really get over to the main event side.Keep Angle but only for big PPV's.Go after talent like Trent Baretta and Vance Archer (Make them a team VANCE!ndTrent? as heels).Chris Masters,David Hart-Smith (Davey Boy Smith jr.),The Boogeyman.

Knockouts Kelly Kelly (Barbie Blank),Melina (as I already said),Maryse,Beth Phoniex,Angelina Love (re-sign her),Winter (re-sign her),etc.

September-Bound for Glory (second biggest ppv)

Stage Designs for PPV's like Slammiversay,B4G,and Lockdown have giant well thought out entrance designs/stages like WWE does (not syaing they should be alike but try to get at least almost on their level.For PPV's period you should have better designs.Don't copy WWE's minitron idea if your not going to use an actual minitron design.Don't use a blurry reflection of the titantron as the minitron.

Titantron videos They should highlight the stars career.Not be just a logo teetering back and forth.

They need more gimmick stars give us better gimmicks only good ones we got is Bad Influence (Edge and Christian v2.0),Abyss/Joey Parks (Mick Foley v2.0) and those are copying from established legends.

TNA Hall of fameFist off make it a real one not no game.A hall of fame is to honor legends.The way I see it their using theirs to shoot at WWE.They only inducted Sting and Angle because WWE didn't.If I can guess Team 3-D or Jeff Hardy are next.Induct TNA legends like AJ Styles,Bad Influence,Roode,Storm,etc.

Get Talent Over Instead of using the same guy's for the title.Why don't they try pushing younger talent.Give some mid-card stars more serious gimmicks and push them.

Face Of the CompanyThey need a true John Cena or The Rock or Steve Austin or Hogan you get the point but make that guy the center of your company have him start the show cuttin a promo to ending the show in the main event.Give it some one like Austin Aries shaved his face because it makes him look creepy.And for Explosion give it to someone like Kazarian.

So my question to you is for all these section state your opionion and what you would do differently.

No to all of that. Tna only needs better management, start running smaller venues, A creative writer whom can produce better storylines and also a better commentary team. Tna needs young talent who never had a chance not former wwe talent.

That's one of the things I was saying a couple of former wwe stars but not alot.The thing I left out was management and commentary team.Tazz is washed up.Mike Tenay is just Todd Grisham v2.0 bad attitude,hates his job it seems

most of the things you suggest are making tna similar to wwe, which is precisely what they dont need.
i watch tna BECAUSE they dont have a boring superface john cena who always wins.
i dont want over-the top nonsensical gimmicks like 3MB or fandango, i think the tna guys have learned how to get over based on their own character with toned-down gimmicks, if people invest time to watch them for a little while. as you said, the only real gimmicks they have are guys like abyss or james storm, the other guys are way more "fleshed out" and feel like real people.
for example, i can appreciate roode, who is really bland at first glance, but gets incredible if you watch what he actually does.
i dont think they have enough guys for two shows, however they somehow have too much for one show. i dont want more wrestling time, wwe is killing the market as it is, there is wrestling on every day now basically. maybe adding 30minutes to impact could work, but im not sure about that.
talent, there we have the same stuff as always. some guys want them to resign wwe rejects, some dont. maybe they have the money to when theyre back in orlando, maybe not.

now, the same guys holding the title. what show are you watching? bully ray? sabin (even though i didnt like it)? AJ? Roode? Aries? same guys holding the title? i dont know dude, compare that to cena/ orton and i know which i prefer. maybe you meant the x-division, that should be on more i think.

i like your ppv lineup, i would do something like that instead of the 4 we have now. also, i totally agree about the tron videos, they are for the most part bland as **** and add nothing to anything. many guys hate on the music, i like it for the most part, but there could definitely be some improvements like aries' totally unrecognizable themesong.

1 - The name Impact Wrestling is fine. Don't mess with that.

2 - I agree that they need a second show but the problem is that the ratings say that there is no interest for another TNA wrestling show.

3 - I would not sign Melina, Kelly Kelly and Maryse. Just not worth it. They cost too much and will not bring in viewers. Just sign Independent women at a cheaper price.

4 - Stage designs and titantron are overrated in my opinion. It really does not help a wrestler. And I think fans get too distracted with a titantron trying to get their signs on TV.

5 - It's up to the wrestlers themselves to get themselves over. AJ tried his best to get over with "The One" gimmick back in the summer and it failed. Can't blame TNA on that one.

6 - The face of the company. That is something that TNA has no control over. It's the fans that tell them who the face of the company should be by who gets the loudest pops.

I think the main issues are talent and writing. Everything else I can cope with.

There are suitable wrestlers that they can hire. It doesn't have to be ex-WWE although I would take Morrison, Benjamin and David Hart Smith for a start. TNA has to be smart with the people they hire. They made the mistake of giving time to guys like Al Snow, Val Venis and D'Lo Brown. These guys were going to do nothing for TNA. They weren't draws; they aren't legends and they are definitely not high quality talent, putting on great matches.

I'm not an expert on the Indy scene but I imagine there are guys they could look at there. Ring of Honour is generally the biggest Indy Promotion and has some of the best talent so if they could get one or two of their top stars than that would be fantastic. TNA have far greater exposure then the other promotions and they could hypothetically use guys like Hogan and Sting as bargaining tools.

Some say TNA is a glorified indy promotion. I think that is a little harsh but I don't really care either way. If they sorted out their finances and tried to get the very best Indy wrestlers; use their existing talent and mix it all in with the big names at their disposal then it becomes a wrestling promotion that people want to watch. Easier said that done.

Also, their writers need a kick up the backside and need to re-focus. For everything good thing they do, they seem to counter that with some awful decisions. Maybe employing someone who cares about wrestling to act as a filter. To be honest, I would personally release Hogan if it meant bringing in J.R.
