TIred, not sleeping, and struggling

Occasional Pre-Show
How do you guys get through it? For example,

Currently, I've been working 50-60 hour weeks, I go to school full time, got a couple internships I take care, and live on my own which requires its own chores and upkeeping.

I find myself, just not sleeping. Coffee has been my clutch these past few weeks, but tonight is really catching up to me. I an in the middle of a 15 hour shift, on 4 hours of sleep, and am only getting 3 hours of sleep before I gotta be in class tomorrow and then leave for work after class and work through the night again.

Ideas? Ya'll have any secrets?

Woah babe, you gotta drop a little of that. I know that sounds impossible nowm but no way sould you have to be doing all of that at once. You'll find yourself just not happy, and if you aren't happy there is no point to anything.x

Back in another topic I talked about how I put too much pressure on myself and it almost killed me. This is different, I am proud of myself and happy with my life, even if it is busy.

I help people on a daily basis, and it is usually only a 40-45 hour work week, just these past few weeks have had some things come up to extend it. I love being back in school, and this time I am going cause I want my degree, not cause someone is telling me to get it.

It will surely slow down in a week or two, I am just in one of those damn busy periods and am trying to get through it.

after a while man, your body will begin to get used to it trust me. with my work schedule, and just how life goes, I end up staying awake about 60 hours straight pretty often. Just keep busy, and take regulated amounts of caffeine, cuz u dont wanna fuck up your heart, or grow to were it has no effect on you. Just try to keep your mind off it, like I said, just try to stay busy. stay away from heavy carbs, and dairy stuff, itll keep u awake. When I start REALLY hurtin I get some of that energy (caffenated) gum, or put coffee grains in my lower lip against my gum, like chew. It enters ur bloodstream faster, and is more effective like that. Like I said, your talkin to a sleep deprevation pro, so anything else, jus ask away bro.

Using coffee grounds as dip? Does it leave a bad taste or how does that work? I've never heard of that being done before.

eh, just tastes like coffee really. And I know u havent heard of it, becuase to my knowledge, no one else does it, and I created it lol. I made it up out in the...um workplace shall we say...when my life depended on staying awake. It damn works. Of course it tatses like DAMN strong coffee, but it works like crazy man. It enters ur bloodstream way faster, and is way less filtered, becuse it doesnt go thru ur organs, just directly into ur bloodstream.

Meh, Texas is an okay state, I was born in Washington and like it better.

And thanx for the advice, I'll be sure to try that, probably right now

dont try too much at first, see how it effects you. I aint tryna have u have a heart attack on trying something that my crazy ass lived thru lol. If your in good health u should be fine though. be sure to his this thread up and lemme know how it worked for ya.

Gave me a second wind for about an hour but then went away. Wasn't a big fan of it really but it is something I'll keep in my bag of goodies for those super long nights

Thanx
