Time for a 3rd Promotion?

Okies so everyone who is a wrestling fan at the moment of all ages obviously knows that the product and the business has gotten pretty stale recently. Just like WWE and WCW were in early 90's. Until ECW arrived that is. So is it time for another promotion to step up and light a fire under, Jaretts and Vinces ass? So that the fans can get a decent show again? Or is the fact that there no promotions out there that can do that? As there are no more boundaries to explore?

I agree, in my opinion TNA has just sucked recently, I truely believed that signing Booker T would get them creative again but boy oh boy was that wrong.

As far as WWE goes I feel that Chris Jericho made them turn things around a little but they're still not at their creative best. What we need is a new ECW to come along. If ROH could make a name fot themselves they could be the breakout promotion

ROH is the new ECW.It has pure and hardcore wrestling.Just like EC-Dub.

If ROH can continue doing great PPVS(Which there doing now) maybe,just maybe they,ll get a TV deal.

The other closet fed has to be CHIRKAIRA.I,ve seen some stuff and they are good.Where else will you see a 7 man DDT?

There is no way a new promotion would ork right now. With both WWE and TNA going on, a thrid promotion would be to much. Espesially for those of us that also already follow ROH, MMA, UFC, etc. Theres enough wrestling and fighting going on right now. Plus, they just tried to do some new wrestling promotion on MTV, that failed, caus eno one wanted to watch. No, we don't need a third promotion, cause it would consist of either "former WWE superstars" or a "bunch of nobodies". We just need the current products to get better, thats all.

I agree, if you are looking for an awesome alternative to TNA and WWE go check out ROH. its where all of the young and up and comers have come from or are curently working. The best young talent in TNA came from ROH (Samoa Joe, AJ Styles, Daniles, Lethal, Shelly, Sabian). They put together great events and have had three great PPVs this year, even after losing guys like Colt Cabbana, Homicide, and Samoa Joe.

They are definatly the contender to number 3 right now, and with guys like Austin Aries an Nigel Mcguinnes and a lot of other really great guys on their team, they are going no where but up.

I have heard alot about ROH but never really watched it its hard to over here in England! haha but yeah i would like to see what they have and if they can boost it. Because i mean hardcore wrestling has died and i think the new wrestling people want to see is that fast paced high spot and high flying style. So i know ROH could pull that off lets hope in 2008 they make more noise in the wrestling world. However perhaps even the UFC will boost wrestlings ratings if UFC is so big right now its quite close to wrestling so surely wrestling companys esecially TNA who are on Spike, should compete for the UFC audience?

There's always room for more wrestling promotions. Each company needs new stars from somewhere.
