It's pissing me off that no matter what Reigns does to prove he is ready the fans boo him. Yes he is booked badly but that's it. People still say he can't talk on the mic, but I can only recall one bad promo from him in a full year and that was with that whole "Tater Tot" ordeal. People say he has no charisma, but he has been showing that he has charisma since shortly after WrestleMania. People say he makes awkward facial expressions. He hasn't done that since his feud with Sheamus. While the latter sentence is still fairly new, it's been awhile. Give the guy a chance. Another reason why people say he isn't ready is because "he can't connect with the crowd." Yet the promo everyone has been shitting on, he had the crowd chanting the words they was shitting on.

People are seriously complaining about the Main Event of WrestleMania. Wasn't these same people pushing for this match over Bryan vs. HHH at WM 30 when it was rumored to take place because Punk left, Wasn't these same people pushing for this match at SummerSlam 2014, Wasn't these same people pushing for this at Royal Rumble. People complaining don't know what the hell they want. The story only makes sense for Reigns vs. Triple H, it's been literally building since 2014. It needs closure already and what better place than WrestleMania. Both Triple H and Roman Reigns are proven draws and people know who they are. So why not? Was you expecting Triple H vs. Dean Ambrose? Just wait that will either happen at next year's Mania or SummerSlam. Mark my words. Besides Ambrose seems to have a date with The Beast at Mania. So who really has the bigger opponent.

No matter how many epic matches Reigns put on people bitch. Last year people said Brock vs. Roman would be the worst match since Brock vs. Goldberg and guess what...it STOLE THE FUCKING SHOW!! and people actually considered it one of the greatest WM Main Events of all-time. Reigns vs. Show at Extreme Rules people thought the same and...it STOLE THE FUCKING SHOW!!!, the Sheamus matches...very underrated and pretty damn good. So quit bitching about everything he does and give the man a chance. You say on the internet how bad the match will be without even seeing it. But you know in reality it will probably steal the show. Everyone is talking about how bad Mania will be. But in fact it looks promising to me. Look at the potential matches Reigns vs. Triple H,Taker vs. Cena,Ambrose/and or/ Wyatt vs. Lesnar,New Day vs. Dudley's vs. LON vs. Uso's for the tag titles, Becky vs. Sasha vs. Charlotte, KO vs. Styles for the IC Title, with guys like Jericho,Kalisto, and Ziggler also in high profile matches. And we all know Paige will get a Mania match as well. This card from a wrestling perspective looks better than last years (another Mania that was suppose to suck and ended up getting high praise as one of the greatest.)

My point is simple, quit bitching about every small thing Reigns does and give the motherfucker a chance.

Calm down, buddy.

I dont damn care what people bitch about Reigns. Being a big Cesaro fan, I am ok with Reigns' mic skills. I have never disliked his matches though. I dont think that Mania would suck. Triple H VS Roman Reigns for the first time ever would surely be good enough to make me tune in. Who doesnt like a cocky heel getting beaten by a face?

As for giving chance to him, I have been giving chances to Bray since 2 years despite his shitty booking and Reigns' booking has been a lot better so there are a lot of chances.

As for booing him at Fastlane, I would surely do it. Because I love Ambrose and like Reigns and therefore I will surely prefer cheering him instead of Reigns.

Lets check my cheering/booing history for Reigns.
Cheered him at Wrestlemania 31 and gonna repeat it at Wrestlemania 32. Cheered him in all Wyatts matches. Cheered him when he beat the hell out of Triple H and whenever he faced LoN. Booed him at Survivor Series while he was facing Ambrose. So its majority of cheers! :p

I can't help but laugh my ass off every time the crowd drowns out Roman Reigns' entrances and spots with boos. I've always thought of booing as a stupid way to express disgust, it's just a stupid sound based on a group think mentality. Kind of like how the adults on South Park were all "RABBLE RABBLE RABBLE!" when they were complaining to the mayor.

I see no reason to boo Roman Reigns except that he's a dork and it's fun to screw with dorks. Roman needs to get into a program where he's passionate about winning and will hopefully shed his Keanu Reeves style resting "What?" face.

I kind of like Reigns. But, I understand the WTF mentality of the crowd.

When the PAYING public says, we will give you ALL OF OUR MONEY, just give us Daniel Bryan and you give them the middle finger ... well ... you get boos.

When the PAYING public says, we will give you ALL OF OUR MONEY, just give us - you know the leader of The Shield - Dean Ambrose and you give them the middle finger ... well ... you get boos.

When you resort to running The Rock out to salvage a Rumble that (because of this move) you obviously knew was going to make your face get booed ... well ... you get boos ... seriously, F-you and F-The Rock.

When you think that feuding with HHH is going to be good enough to get you cheers because he is so over as a heel ... well ... you get boos and accidentally turn your best heel face.

I wouldn't boo him. I thought his match with Lesnar was fantastic at WM31 and I think they should have strapped him then with a handshake from Lesnar. That would have HAD A CHANCE at getting him over as a face.

But, the E has had serious problems the last few years at figuring out what they want from their characters. They have jumped all over the place with supreme talents like Wyatt, Cesaro, Ambrose, Ziggler, Sandow and even The Miz. We can't expect them to fine tune anything. They want what they want now ... and it has led to this problem.

It really is not Reigns fault. He seems to be a good worker. He is believable. He is not nearly as bad on the stick as people make him out to be. He has a loved ally. But, they F'ed up and told the crowd to F-off. These are the simple ramifications of that.

Haha! If "butt hurt" could be represented in a written post, then this would, undoubtedly, be it. The fact of the matter is that, save for the match at WrestleMania last year, Roman Reigns has did nothing of note in the ring. Yes, he's a two time champion but his matches have been so formulaic and predictable that it is very very hard to get behind him.

Additionally, people have the right to boo and cheer whoever the fuck they like. Tell you what, let's not have opinions and talk about things like rational adults. Let's, instead, just buy into everything that is thrown at us and become mindless zombies; numb to everything and receptive to nothing. People are allowed to make up their mind about whatever they want and nothing you say is going to change that. Your post comes off a baby crying over someone they like getting a hard time. Grow up, sunshine.

Roman Reigns has been given a chance and the people who pay for his wages have judged him. Such is life. Too bad for you.

I'm butthurt? You clearly don't know how that works I'm stating my opinion just like your post said wrestling fans should. And why in the fuck would I be crying? I'm not the one being booed.

There is a difference between discussing stuff like a rational adult and booing to ruin someone's career, dream and life because you don't like them or because he is not a skinny high flyier. That's not discussing anything like an adult that's throwing a tampertantrum like a damn child. And to your above comment about his only good match being the WrestleMania 31 Main Event again you sound idiotic. RR was in MOTN at Fastlane, WrestleMania, Extreme Rules, Payback,Battleground, and Survivor Series. His matches with Sheamus was pretty damn good as well, mainly the Post TLC one. And so was all of his matches with Wyatt. And typical, you call me a crybaby for stating facts.

Wait! We are ruining the life of a very successful wrestler that is a double world champion in and making hundreds of thousands of dollars because we boo him? That insane. The fact of the matter is that the WWE decide who they want to push and will continue to use Reigns whether we like him or not. And being used means more money and more success. Ruining his life might be going a tad (A FUCKING LOT) far.

He was in match of the night on all those occasions? Well let's have a look at that shall we?

FASTLANE vs Daniel Bryan = A- (MOTN)

WRESTLEMANIA XXXI vs Brock Lesnar = B- (MOTN)

EXTREME RULES vs Big Show = C+ (Beaten by every single match on the card)

PAYBACK vs Orton / Ambrose / Rollins = A- (Beaten by Cena vs Rusev)

BATTLEGROUND vs Bray Wyatt = B (Beaten by Cena vs Owens)

SURVIVOR SERIES vs Sheamus = C- (The less said about this the better)

Now, those aren't ratings that I just plucked from thin air. Those were KB's reviews of the shows. By his standards, and he has been doing this for a while, Reigns was a part of the Match of The Night on two of the 6 events you named. Now, in case you are wondering, we didn't come up with a plan to make you look like a fanboy idiot... You did that yourself. Reigns spent most of the year fighting the same people and not even doing it well. And that is without me going into why he was MOTN on those two occasion (Cash in & Daniel Bryan spring to mind). His average, in case you are wondering, is a B / B-

Those are the facts.

I'll give you the Battleground Cena vs. Owens. But the rest you're just making shit up. First off he didn't face Sheamus in a full match at SSeries and fought Ambrose and Del Rio. And his match with Del Rio stole the show. While the match wasn't Steamboat vs. Savage it was the best match on the card. And the Extreme Rules wasn't a C+ and it wasn't the worst match on the card. In fact, most people say it was the only good match on the card. And those aren't facts your personal grades aren't facts they are opinions because they're literally your personal thoughts.

Uh... Did you not see that I had written that it was KB who posted these scores? Like I said, they aren't my opinion. If it were my opinion, it would be far less; trust me. I don't see how I could possibly be making shit up? In terms of Survivor Series, you are right. His best match was against Del Rio; which was scored at a B. Seems to be his average, no?

Purposefully, I went and found someone objective to rate the matches, so that my own thoughts weren't brought into it. Actually, why don't you go tell KB his ratings are shit. Actually, I'll do it myself; he'll want to hear it.

So either you can't read that I said it was KB and you still don't see the facts. Or you do and you think the world has always been against you and Roman Reigns... Bringing me back to the butt hurt point. Care to choose?

I only have the Network so I can't speak for him on raws or smackdowns, but as far as PPV's go, Reigns delivers. Since beating Bryan at Fastlane last year he has put on great matches, with only two exceptions, his tag match w/ Ambrose against the Wyatts which was unexceptional and the Rumble where he was booked very strangely. Other than that I've really liked Reigns and am glad he won. However the fans will boo the shit out of him. WWE need to accept this. The only satisfactory scenario is to take advantage of the booing by doing a double turn. Vince comes out to screw HHH and Reigns begins a heel run as champion.

let face is, hardcore wrestling fans will be hardcore wrestling fans. They will hated whoever is the hand pick guy that WWE will get behind just because they didn'T dictated who's getting the push. If 2 years ago, they would have read on the internet that Vince Mcmahon loved dean Ambrose and wanted to make him the next john Cena or the next Austin and that Roman reigns was an after thought, They would hate Ambrose and cheer for Reigns because that's not what WWE wants.

But what these fans need to realise is that Vince still has an old school mentality which means that he doesn't really cared how the hardcore fans thinks, all he cares about is how the casual fans react to certain wrestler because at the end of the day, most hardcore wrestling fans, don'T go to live event and don'T buy alot of merchandise, but the falmilies that goes to does event do buy a lot of stuff at live events. Roman reigns is super over to that section of the fans and vince knows it so in the end, he doesn't care as much about how fans react during RAW, smackdown and PPV because he knows that in the end, those that are hating roman reigns during those shows, won'T be there for live event and that's all he cares about.

So i for one really like what Roman reigns as become since last years wrestlemania and see his potential as a main event babyface. Dean ambrose has potential also but need to be a heel if he wants to become a main event caliber talent because this babyface comedy stick that he's got going isn't really working anymore.

I don't dislike Roman Reigns. In fact, I think he's quite a talented guy. He's solid at what he does. His match with Lesnar was great. But the problem is that I don't care about him. I haven't cared about him since the aforementioned match.

The problem with how Reigns' character has developed (or not developed) is that it's very difficult to connect with the guy. He's too impressive to be an underdog. He's too plain in how he acts to be a badass. He's too human to be a monster. Too moody to be the blue chipper. There's no defined character that allows me to empathise or relate to him. Pro wrestling is all about drama, and a lack of character engagement destroys a lot of drama.

He desperately needs a defined archetype that works within the context of pro wrestling. Until he gets that, he'll never reach the next level.

Reigns has been mess around for about a year now and that is what is holding him back. TLC and the night after proved people will get behind him. His matches in the last year show he is more than capable in the ring.

Is he the ultimate babyface, Hogan or Cena esque. Is he the loner-badass that no-one can stop, like Brock or Golberg. Is he a hybrid like a Batista....Is he an underdog who we empathise with? Is he an ultra-cool babyface who guys should be jealous of but just can't help to love?

Is he just all of these things... In reality, is he none of these.

I can't pinpoint where I think Reigns should be booked. Brock has being a badass done and Roman can't do it better. Being the all-conquering, squeaky clean doesn't fit Roman and doesn't work in what is still Cena's era. There is no point Roman trying to out-Cena Cena because that won't work.

I can't say there is an easy answer because it is very complicated but he just needs to be Roman. A guy who clearly has an interesting story to tell. One motivated by his family. Parents, uncles, cousins, wife, brother and daughter as well as his other "brother". That is what motivates him but when it's time to go; the fire is lit inside and he turns into something much more.

He isn't in beast-mode 24/7 - he can't be for we need a top babyface we can sympathise in and relate to - but that is the extra gear he needs to find every now and again.

Roman has clearly won over the kids and a significant amount of the women. The male demographic aren't following as easy but there are still plenty of male Roman fans. The promos written for him seriously need work because the content is often horrible. I reckon expanding upon his real-life story and then giving us the "Samoan badass" when the time is right is the perfect formula.
