ED thinks we're booking feuds in hypothetical locations when we aren't. It's one off matches. He's totally not getting the point of the tournament. The locations are also subjective. I have no clue why people put so much stock in them. All it does is create biased arguments.

If I were running the tournament I'd have matches take place on Mars or something. The martians get to decide who wins and loses based on legacy/drawing power/overall skill.

The only region that ever really mattered was the ECW region where all the fights were under ECW rules. At least then you could argue that a hardcore match may help a guy pull off an upset. Idk why KB switched ECW out for TNA.

The only time I'd vote subjectively is in the gimmick rounds where it's not plausible for the objectively better wrestler to win. Like if Andre drew CM Punk in an Ultimate X match. Or if Hogan drew Hayabusa in an Embarrassment match. Or if Flair drew Vader in a bodyslam match. Sometimes I'll make an exception for character too. Like when Edge drew Steamboat in the pure rules match. Or Angle drawing Rock in a submission match.

With no disrespect to FitFinlay because he's a decent guy that is quite intelligent when the time comes, but he's being really stupid in that thread. He also said that Warrior and Hogan doing steroids was just as bad as Benoit killing a child.

I know I'm not Christ incarnate in that thread either, but that's pretty low.
