The WWE's Most UnderAppreciated

I'm going to say William Regal. Regal in my eyes was the greatest heel to ever step foot in the WWE. During his reign as King of the Ring and Raw GM where he was power crazy and would shut off the show at his will was during this PG era I was most excited to watch WWE (Besides Kane's build-up to winning the World Heavyweight Championship, but that's another story)

William Regal at that time deserved to be a World Champion. No if, ands or buts about it. He is one of the greatest wrestlers in the WWE. But instead but pushed aside and moved to ECW when he was given a million chances to win the ECW Championship and failed. I've said it for years William Regal will and always be the most unappreciated wrestler of all time.
