QB rating is the most meaningless stat in terms of determining how good a quarterback is.

Finally some actual numbers. Let's break this down.
1. There's a huge difference between saying someone sucks and saying that this year they have a slightly below average rating amongst starting qbs.
2. Yards aren't much of a stat considering the Raiders are a run first team and run the ball more then most teams. Again, look at his yards per attempt for a relevant stat and you'll see he is 7th in the league in that.
3. Touchdowns is a stat contributed to the fact he has only started 10 games which is obviously less then the majority of other starters.
4. First down % is an indictment on the team as a whole and not a stat that just gets put on the qb.
5. 20+ yard passes is again contributed to the fact that he has started a few less games then most of the starting qbs. You also failed to mention that he is tied for 10th in the league in 40+ yard passes, again, that is with him playing 3-4 less games then most starters. That is a very impressive stat and kind of debunks your "he can't go deep theory."
So nice try and thanks for actually trying to give me something to back up your claims but as you can see the majority of your stats have some big holes in them. Nothing that you showed me says he "sucks." It says what I have been saying this entire time, he isn't some spectacular qb but he is solid enough to be a starter in this league and he is the best option the Raiders have and barring a trade they can't get anyone much better for next season.
Campbell doesn't have a number 1 receiver. He's not great, but he's far from shit. The Raiders are 7-7 with a bunch of mediocre receivers and two good running backs... Vick,Manning and Brady aren't going anywhere. I'd take Campbell over ANY other potential FA QB...
The Detorit Lions have now won three straight games and again they are doing it with their 2nd and 3rd string quarterbacks. They beat the Packers at home and then won back to back games on the road over Tampa and Miami. Next week they have a very winnable game at home against the Vikings.
Nothing would make me happier then to have the Lions finish the season with 4 straight wins AND make Brett Favre's last career start be a loss in Detroit against the Lions.

Doesn't mean he's a bad quarterback. Denver has no running game and their defense is shit. Hardly Orton's fault.
Orton was the one name on the list that I could have seen as possibly being better then Campbell, but if you look at the numbers, once McDaniels got fired Orton played like complete shit. I think he was a product of that system more then anything else. He was decent in Chicago but nothing great. I'd still take Campbell over Orton because Orton wouldn't be an upgrade.

The defense in Denver is shit but they have some good offensive weapons. They have a good receiving corp with Brandon Lloyd, Jabar Gaffney, and Eddie Royal. They also have the potential to have a good running game as they have a very talented back in Knowshon Moreno, but with the offense they run it's nearly impossible to put up big rushing numbers every week.

Ok, few things, since I'm on my iPod Touch I'm not going into vast detail.

2. Jason Campbell is the beat Raider QB since Rich Gannon. He's far from shut, and if he had another year in the system (with WRs that are talented) I think he'd be good actually.

Raiders WR aren't that bad Storm (unless you are calling them talented, if that so this is moot). Jacoby Ford looks to be like an excellent slot WR in this league and has made big plays for this team week in and week out. Louis Murphy (when healthy) could be a solid number two guy, same can be said with Schillens. DHB is the only question mark. If he lives up to his draft status then they have their number one guy, but he looks more like a two or three. All they need is that elite/number one potential guy to solidify it.
Just got done looking at my prediction back at the beginning of the season, it looks like I batted (or will bat) .500.
Ones I got right: Atlanta, New England, Baltimore, possibly New Orleans, Green Bay, and Indy
Explainable: San Diego, Minnesota, Dallas
What was I thinking: Cardinals, Titans, Bengals
Thought I included the Jets in the playoffs (said their D would be too good to keep them out of playoffs when I broke down the division, yet Tennessee was put in), didn't expect anything out of the Rams or Chiefs, Bengals were the product of a soft schedule last year and a healthy defense, with the way Favre played last year, I expected the same again. And, I thought Romo and co. would be able to not suck and bought into the hype (silly me).
I still don't know what I was thinking with Arizona. Really, I don't.

Jim Harbaugh phone should be ringing tommorow. He better hope he can rack Andrew Luck with him. They're only a decent QB away from being a playoff team, although I think St. Louis will be hanging around for a while. Bradford has looked great and will only get better with more experience and weapons. I could definitely see those two being the 'class' of that division for a while, should SF make the right move with their next coach.

Looking at that Go or Stay thread, it looks like Big Sexy may get all but two coaches right on who'll be fired. The ones who aren't gone but were picked was Lovie Smith, he'll definitely stay, Jack Del Rio, he'll probably stay for one more year, Marvin Lewis, gone, John Fox, gone, and Norv Turner, he'll probably be gone.
