A week is a lot. I mean seven days. Most people get like 14, but hey it's the thought that counts.

I like New Zealand where it depends on what you are doing depends on what time off you get.

Primary schools got off today or next week, idk I don't have any primary school kids around to ask.
Secondary up until 4th form are already finished up, i think that was today
5th to seventh forms have been off since the end of their exams
and Uni has been off for me since the 21st of november.

All the school districts around me have a half-day on the 23rd, and then all the kids go back on the 2nd...

It makes me feel old to remember that on a year like this (xmas on a wed-thurs), we'd just get the full 2 weeks off...
