Also sounds fair to ban someone who consistenly broke rules.
I am a little out of the loop, who broke what rules that they deserve banning?

Almost as fair as banning someone because they wanted to voice a concern/problem they were having.

And what rule did they break exactly? He posted in a thread about complaints because he couldn't make one nor PM anyone due to lack of posts. So, he picked the thread which most closely related to what he needed to discuss. Upon posting there he was warned... Even though there was no other option for him...
Brilliant logic.
LOL! Can you not check IP's? Check it, I am not Zero by any means.
Not to mention you bypassed your original and innovative prison system because he was too much of a loose cannon i guess.
Its funny as fuck that you signed up after he was banned though
I can, and I can verfiy you are NOT zero.
oreZ and his alter ego Hells Pyro
zomg.
The prison system, made up by Dysturbed and Advocate, is for regular posters who have been around for while and are in need of reforming, but don't want to be lost. If it is a new account, the Alcatraz (or whatever it is called here) system is not applicable as they have no backing in the posting community. That is always what I have been under the assumption it was for. Maybe I am wrong though.
I think he signed up before he was banned.
That is the only way they will believe it. Why are you here?
Someone who claimed to have helped build these forumns and was banned about 10 minutes before you and pyro showed up. He flamed everyone in sight, claiming we meant nothing around here.
Zero has always had a problem expressing himself that is for sure. I wouldn't of banned him, but talked to him rationally that is the best way with him, imo. He is a very intelligent person, a little conceded at times, but would of been a good a poster if you kept him around instead of banning him... but this is your forum, so it is up to you what is done.
Are we saying here that the prison system is for special vets whom have earned the right to learn and reform? Are we also insisting that these forums work on a one strike basis and should you have a bad first impression you're fucked?
I don't know how these forums work to be honest, I know the prison system is for people who have been around for awhile and are valuable enough to be potentially reformed, n00bs who have barely any post counts or who have just signed up are not considered worthy of such a privilege as they haven't contributed anything worth while in the opinions of the admins. Which is what the prison system is in the first place as any infraction that is not within the admins/globals/mods feelings is ok is not only warnable, but potentially bannable, and if you do not have a rapport with them then your opinion is mute as it is felt that you are nothing more then a nuisance instead of a valuable asset, which might be considered 1337ism, but is what forums go by.
That's ******ed logic. As soon as your fill out that register form your voice and opinion should be just as valid as any one member (except the owner). Just because a person is new does not make them expendable. In fact its the new posters you should be trying your hardest to keep considering that if they enjoy yheir experience they will tell other people. Those who are already vets are hooked and aren't going anywhere unless something drastic occurs.
