nexttime you go to your supermarket, look for "compleats" they are microwavable little tv dinner kinda things. You have to read the nutrition facts to get the good ones, but a lot of them are very low fat high calorie, with good amounts of carbs. And they take 2 minutes in the microwave. U just peel back the plastic, and throw em in.
