and i just found something ,Eas Mass Factor, 8 pound tub, 67 bucks, 52 grams of protein a serving. Thats tempting

you gotta watch it with "mass" gaining products. they usually have an obscene assload of calories and carbs and fat. while u will get bigger, u will also gain a lot of fat.

Wheybolic had hardly ANY carbs, fat or sugar. I think its the same or less than the current EAS shit. and it has 60 gram scoops. Hella.

mass factor has a crapload of calories per serving, 590 lmao, 5 grams of fat per serving, and 84g of carbs

Eh, everyones body is different, you gotta go with what works for you. I do a lot of lean meats, wheat bread, eggs, skim milk, and beef and veggie stews. And drink about 3/4 of a gallon of water per day.
 
pretty much the thing i do, but i finish a gallon of warter fast, so i drink alot of it, i need alot of calories, but healthy calories, no fatty foods or anything of that sort
 
Yeup. People bitch and moan and are so afraid of "calories" when that is the most absolute biggest bullshit myth EVER. Its not HOW many calories, its what kinds, and what you do activity wise.

Activity is the number one thing. U have to stay active, and do things, or you will get fat. Also try to watch the carb intake. the ratio of burning carbs to calories is about 50 to 350. no bullshit.

Also, try to get away from sugar as much as you possibly can. your body only needs a little amount of sugar to maintain its glucose levels. Sugar is basically useless to your body. Stop drinking soda. diet soda is ok, becuase it has zero carbs, and zero sugar.

i can't stand sodas, i used to drink them all the time, then i just stopped, and i dont like them anymore. i did some calculator to get a base of how many calories i need a day to build muscle, somewhere in the range of 3500-4000
 
LOL yea I bet it is. which is absurdly difficult. I have a hard time managing getting over 2000 a day. LOL.

And you may ormay notbe aware but GATORADE is actually PACKED with sugar. a 32 oz gatorade has more sugar than most clear sodas. Same with powerade, and vitamin water.
 
yea i noticed that, its insane, i wonder if that propel water has alot of sugar in it, i need to check that out

No it doesnt. Im drinking the strawberry kind right now :) it has 6g of carbs nd sugar for a 16 oz bottle. there is not product out that gives you thatgood of an exchange for tatse. I still only drink about 4 bottles of it a day tho, if that.
 
like for dinner tonight...

Mexican rice, chicken, corn, beans. vegtable and chicken stew. And a bigass protein shake.

for snacking, take peices of fat free sharp cheddar, and wrap it in two slices of lean turkey breast, or lean ham. fat free, and very little carbs. good protein.
 
You sound just like triple h with all your protein shakes lol.

By the way did you read his book it gives some valuable info on bodybuilding and shit
