And the best Igniter ive used is called Black Powder, they have it at GNC. Drink it about 30 minutes before you workout, it works wonders.

And yea, the science behind creatine is it basically takes all your water and forces it into your muscles. so its just an effect on your body, not actually your body becoming stronger. Bet you were ALWAYS thirsty as fuck when u was taking it eh?? LOL

Yes i was very thirsty. But at 6'1" an 245 i was looking pretty damn huge and i always attributed it to my work ethic in the gym. HAHA guess i was wrong

Its has creatine-monhydrate mix. Its just enough to pump your shit up before u use it to lift. and you dont take it nearly as much as a straight up full creatine regiment. So its far different.
