Naan! GAH I LIVE NAAN! My mom does this fantastic thing with leftover Naan where she lightly fries it in a pan and then sprinkles some salt on it. IT'S AMAZING!

Almost as good as a Paratha with chutney. Mmmmmmmmmmmmm.
