Randy News Network, back when Randy first got the shoulder injury a few years back, couple of segments he'd have to inform the people about how well things were going in a cocky heelish manner, they're what helped him become the cocky arrogant heel in the first place. He'd interrupt other segments with the RNN, annoying the hell out of the crowd.

That is true but he still acts likes everyone's basically unimportant compared to him, but yeah...they were still pretty nice segments, made me hate him, thus they did their job
