Tim Wakefield could be the most frustrating pitcher in baseball, and Ellsbury got robbed tonight.

Jason Bay is going to single-handedly kill my money league team.

Opening Day is Tuesday, and I'm half-tempted to blow the money I have in my account for tuition on tickets.

Johnny Cueto is going to be a force this year.
 
If we are talking about popularity, maybe Romo is the most popular when it comes to outside football, but Manning and Brady are much more popular if you are dealing with football fans. Romo has just broken out the last two seasons, and guys like Manning and Brady have been doing it for 5+ years, which might be why Romo had better Jersey sales. Most people already have a Brady/Manning jersey, Romo is the new thing, so most people dont have his Jersey yet. Although I dont really like him, Manning is the most popular QB, look at all the comercials he is in, by far the most popular in football. And I dont know if being the most popular means anything, you said Vick sold the most jersey's, look how that worked out for him!

If Dallas is the most popular team in the NFL. Which it is, as I've provided evidence, then surely those same Cowboys fans would love Tony Romo.

As for the Manning and Brady reference, they are more popular when dealing with football fans when it comes to on the field play. That doesn't mean you like them, I fucking hate Peyton Manning but love Brady. But anyone with a mind will still understand, Manning is good.

That's bogus. You can't deny his popularity when he's the QB of the most popular team in football, that was in a hole for many years after Aikman, until Romo came along.

This makes no sense. Before Vick did what he did, he WAS the most popular player in sports.

So it worked out for him fine, until he made the mistake.
 
Well put is this way, if you were talking about football Quarterbacks with very modest football fans, they dont really know much about it, but watch occasionally, they would probably know the names of Manning, Brady and Farve, but Romo maybe not. Romo still has to establish himself before he can be considered the most popular QB in the league. He may be the new cool thing, but that doesn't make him the most popular, I still would say that title belongs to Brady or Manning.
 
Football fans aren't separate groups like wrestling. They are one, and put it this way, when Romo is selling merch, saving America's team at the QB position for the first time in years, and a new story and fresh guy. All 9 of these other clowns that were QB prior to him, were about as popular as whale shit. He's the most popular QB now, hell before Romo, Vick was still more popular than both Manning and Brady. Face it, they may be good players but they aren't popular with most football fans, just they're own really. Most fans are likely sick of them.
 
LOL, but then id have a fresh tat on me, which would limit effectivness. Cool idea though.

And sucky thing is, a lot of my stuff was done by my guy out in california. SO I can only have him add to those peices (IMO)...so I have to wait for the like, 10 days a year im home to have them worked on, or added to. sucky.

Nd im fresh outta ideas for my back....
