yea man, my friend got his at an effin discount store, so he got it cheap, its nice, squat rack and everything. I'm still a little nervous to squat because i broke my ankle couple years back and im paranoid haha. Now all i gotta do is work on my diet, which is hard as hell.

Also, if ur really worried about the squats, just UP your running. Itll keep your legs good. I dont ever squat, just run A LOT, and my legs are huge.
 
yea, thats what i try to do as well

I saw Vernon Davis' diet on EAS.com, and its insane, he has like 6 meals a day, delicious shiz and he's a beast 252 lbs straight muscle

Thats widely known as the best way to do it, but its fuckin hard tgo eat that many times a day. I get about 5 meals a day, and even that requires a lot of hassle and effort LOL

yea, id rather do that than squat, it does help it keeps my legs good. Bad thing is though, i have weak ankles, i roll them almost everytime i run haha it sucks. I run on the outside of my foot for some reason, it sucks.

LOL my ankles are so blown out, that it doesnt even hurt when I roll them anymore. I just roll it, then keep walking LOL.
 
Garden Salsa, and harvest Cheddar are the fuckin BOMB. I always get that, and a double meat chicken breast sandwhich, whith mustard and southwest sauce from Subway. thats a damn good post workout meal. hells yea.
 
I've always liked the frech onion kind. Way back in the days of 3rd grade, my friends and I would all get a bag of them and mellow yellows. Great memories.
 
LOL on ther rolling ankles subject...

I have a calcium deposit(a phat knob/knot thingy) in my hand were I shattered it....attempting a flying clothesline on someone, over shot it, and landed face first, and right hand first
 
to tell you the truth after i graduated high school, i lost 50 pounds in a month with a diet i was doing, i was eating and everything, but i didnt feel healthy, i ate tuna, cereal, popcorn, fruits and veggies. i felt so weak. When i was playing football in highschool i weighed 240 but i was fat, then i dropped down to 190 in a month
 
Yeah I'm the same way with Doritos. Every flavor blends together. I used to be a lot fatter but I started playing ball. Lost about 30lbs in a season.

my favorite injury that still has remnants of existance is when I preformed toe surgery ON MY SELF at work one time.

I had something smash my foot really bad, and it severed about a 3rd of my left big toe nail. But it was still mostly attached. but the edge of the nail kept catching and hooking on my sock while I was moving, and as you can imagine that was pretty intensely painfull. I didnt have time to dealing with that kind of distraction or aggarvation. So I took off my shoe, and took a pair of scissors, and cut the remaining flesh that was holding my toe nail to my foot. My toe nail has never grown back right, and looks nasty as hell to this day. Gooooood TIMES
 
yea. it was a rather terrible experience. I told my buddy nest to me to catch me if I passed out. which was a fairly likely thing. Just imagine cutting your own big toe nail out. Not the funnest experience LOL
