The Online Late at Night Thread

And you sound like a sociopath. It is a big deal, you just deprived another person of a possession of theirs. You know all that "do unto others" hullabaloo? Think about it for a while and realize what a piece of shit you are for doing it.

Seriously, absolutely pathetic.

Well I agree I'm not exactly perfect, and I'm a nihilist, not a sociopath. Big difference. And no it is not a big deal. If this was a middle class, white girl I wouldn't have done what I did, but she clearly wasn't considering we had a feast at freakin' applebee's.

C'mon, you make me out to be some sort of pathetic monster because I stole from a date? I admit it's wrong but y'know what it was friggin' fun. If tommorow, she spots me at the mall and thows a drink in my face I'm not gonna turn into a diva, I'll get a good laugh from it and say 'Karma's a bitch huh?"

I might look like some sociopath, but frankly, I don't try to justify or reason any wrong things I do. I just come out and say it bluntly.

Somebody sure is feeling high and mighty today. I think you are just to much of a coward to admit to stealing from ladies.

When did I NOT admit stealing from the lady? I explicitly said in my first post, "I stole 71 dollars from my date."

Here, I'll say it again. I stole 71 dollars from a woman.

so let me get this straight. Stealing is OK because you had a bad date with the victim? And the date was bad because she didn't put out? What the fuck is wrong with you? I'm glad I voted against you in the stupid Survivor Series thing, as I clearly had some sort of premonition or something knowing that you're a fucking tool.

If you were so pissed about her decision not to engage in sexual intercourse on the first date (or any date), then why didn't you just rape her or something. Not that I'm condoning it, but clearly you don't have a problem taking what you want, since you stole 70 bucks.

Oh, and by the way, she's gonna notice that 70 bucks is missing, and figure out who took it. I hope she tells her friends about you, and her friends tell their friends, and the whole Gossip tree works its way around the entire school (it will), leading to you you never getting another date for the remainder of your time there.

Mkay, add a "would". It's not needed to rape somebody to be disgusting, stealing 70 bucks from somebody for not wanting to fuck with you is clearly enough.

You can basically compare anything in certain aspect, without delivering a moral judgement.

They are comparable in the aspect that both actions suggest that someone is highly antisocial. The term "disgusting" is subjective, I would use it in that matter, some may not.

I agree that suggesting that somebody might as well have commited a rape is not acceptable, but I'd also say that it's nowhere near as bad as stealing a remarkable amount of money and afterwards calling it hilarious. Just calling the crime hilarious may be in the same league as suggesting the as-well-rape.

It's what I spend on food in 10 days, not that little and I would be majorly pissed if somebody just stole it from me.

Another layer of this is that there seems to be the thought that a moral claim to fuck somebody emerges when you get a date with him/her and that the denial of that matter of course somehow justifies stealing money from that person. And thinking it's cool enough to pose with it on an internet forum.

so let me get this straight.

Okay...

Stealing is OK because you had a bad date with the victim?

When did I say it was okay? Or justified? Or even remotely moral?

And the date was bad because she didn't put out?

No, the date was bad because she rambled out about radical feminism the date telling me how all men seek to oppress women and when I try to change the subject or crack a little joke she'd stare at me like I insulted her mother.

What the fuck is wrong with you? I'm glad I voted against you in the stupid Survivor Series thing, as I clearly had some sort of premonition or something knowing that you're a fucking tool.

Yes, you know everything about me because you read that I stole 70 dollars from a date.

If you were so pissed about her decision not to engage in sexual intercourse on the first date (or any date), then why didn't you just rape her or something.

...Cause I'm not a rapist?

Not that I'm condoning it, but clearly you don't have a problem taking what you want, since you stole 70 bucks.

I don't have a problem as long as it in some sort of limit.

Oh, and by the way, she's gonna notice that 70 bucks is missing, and figure out who took it.

WHAT?! NO WAY!!!

I hope she tells her friends about you, and her friends tell their friends, and the whole Gossip tree works its way around the entire school (it will), leading to you you never getting another date for the remainder of your time there.

I go to college. There are about 20,000 people in my college. By the time it spreads to all of them, it'll be convoluted enough for me to be not even in the picture.

Its a summary offence first, and second crime can be pretty damn funny.

Yes you would. And I'd feel bad if I stole it from you. She gets to school in a BMW. With a driver. So I don't feel particulate guilty.

Another layer of this is that there seems to be the thought that a moral claim to fuck somebody emerges when you get a date with him/her and that the denial of that matter of course somehow justifies stealing money from that person.

Never justified it, never said it was moral, never said it was good in any way shape or form. It was funny, yes. Good, no.

And thinking it's cool enough to pose with it on an internet forum.

If I were looking for cool points, wouldn't I tell my friends this instead of a forum whose most hated person is me at the moment.
