The problem is that Taker was not intended to be this guy when it started. If you'd have told Vince he'd had gotten to 10 years unbeaten he would have had him lose the 9th on principle. Vince never planned 21-0 or even realised there was a streak until it was well over 10 and by then they were almost painted into a corner.

Taker isn't the kind of guy who would refuse to appear if they wanted to end it. I doubt once he retires that the Undertaker will ever be seen again but Mark Callaway may well become a major figure on his own as a figurehead president or similar like Jack Tunney or Monsoon used to be. He more than anyone will know that if 2 "main eventers" in Snuka and Jake hadn't put him over at the start then there is no streak anyway but I do think he will be "picky" about doing it. If there is someone who he things "yes" he will push for them as he did with Orton. It's almost the same situation as Cena and his title reigns. He is gonna beat Flair's record and had the E realised they might have planned things differently but they didn't and it's now pretty much upon us. It'll go down like a shit sandwich and so would ending the streak but that doesn't mean they won't dare go there.

What a rubbish topic? Why is it even discussed? The Streak should not end. The Streak isn't just something that can be used to elevate a 'young guy' or give them a 'rub'. Beating Cena or Orton clean for the WWE Championship would do that. You're trying to tell me that someone like Roman Reigns, a guy who's been in the business for one year, in a faction, with no singles experience, should be the guy to beat The Undertaker, to end The Streak - something that Triple H, Shawn Michaels, Ric Flair, Randy Orton, CM Punk, Edge, Diesel, Jimmy Snuka & Jake The Snake couldn't do?

Something Jimmy Snuka and Jake Roberts couldn't do? You sound like a jackass. Like his first two WrestleMania opponents were trying to end a non-existent streak. All The Streak does is make fools come up with unoriginal threads. It is ruined.
