I consider (along with many others) Liger to be the best cruiserweight of all time. Shawn Michaels is, technically speaking, a cruiserweight himself. So, I will have to disagree with you on this one. Michaels has one thing on Liger: his matches are more suspenseful. But, of course, I may not even be right in this respect, as storylines and commentary play a big part in building up a match's tension. Michaels is a great wrestler, don't get me wrong on that. But, Liger is, in my opinion, just flat-out better than Michaels.

So, X, you call everyone else Smarks when you're more or less only claiming Shawn Michaels is the better individual - because you've been force-fed this garbage to believe he would be.. all because Liger hasn't gotten half the American/U.S. exposure that H.B.K has gotten.

The WWE is the most popular and prestigious wrestlnig promotion to ever exist. So being one of the biggest stars in the biggest promotion ever trumps anything Liger has ever done in any promotion, ever. Hands down, not even fucking close.

So it would make sense that one of that promotion's biggest stars has a fuck load more global acclaim then Liger, who is known (whether you like it or not) to a majority of wrestling fans as being a WCW cruiserweight.
