The moment you enjoyed more: Beer-bath vs Austin making Vince piss.

These two are arguably the two most iconic moments of the Attitude Era and both the moments are a Rattlesnake special. Mostly when fans are quizzed about their favorite moment from the Attitude Era, it is one of these two moments that ends up being their choice. Without further ado, let us get to these moments.

1. Austin makes Vince piss.

Backstory: Vince, our favorite tyrannical boss, had finally managed to get the title off Austin in a glorified handicap match which had ended with both Taker and Kane pinning Austin. A match was set up between Undertaker and Kane for the next PPV and Austin was appointed the guest referree for the match. So Austin was to be the guy who was supposed to declare the winner of the bout and if he did not do so he would be fired from the WWF, so decreed Mr McMahon. At the PPV, Austin refused to count when Undertaker had Kane down and Stunned the Deadman before nailing him with a chairshot and counts 3 on both men ecaring himself the winner. Austin went backstage to find McMahon but Vince appears on the titatron and tells him to haul his ass out of the WWF. Or "You're fired!!"

Next night Austin is pissed and he drags McMahon all the way from the backstage to the ring and it leads to this.

2. Beer-Bath

Backstory: Not really as convoluted as the last one. Rock is the cocky corporate champ here who likes talking a lot of trash but is a chickenshit heel in reality. Rock has basically been handed over the title by McMahon while Austin has had to go through a plethora of challenges to earn his title shot. This happened on the go-home show to Mania 15.

My question is : Which moment do you like more and why?

Personally, I like the Austin making VKM piss moment a lot more than the beer bath. The story was more compelling and it really showed how desperate Austin was. Also it makes use of a bit of history. Austin had entered with a gun into Pillman's house on a previous occasion and he was a crazy motherfucker as we all know. As a kid I thought that there was a good chance that it was a real gun this time round too. Vince's expressions are fantastic here and that is what really makes the segment.

The beerbath was great and unexpected as well and I think that Austin really delivered a very good promo before the beer bath, much better than his promo in the first instance. But Rock wasn't really The Rock of 2001, he was getting there but something was missing. Vince vs Austin was a much hotter rivalry than the Rock vs Austin rivalry of 1999.

The Beer Bash definitely. It is one of the most iconic moments of the Attitude Era and summed up Austin perfectly. It was a great feel good moment as the Corporation got humilated.

The pulling of the gun didn't have the same effect. It didnt really interest me as you knew he wasn't going to blow Vince's head off. I did like the "Bang 3:16" bit though, that made me laugh.

The beer bath has to be the better moment. Perfect build up to WrestleMania 15 and it really was a massive revolutionary moment, that has seen been done twice on WWE programming.

The gun incident was hilarious, especially the line ''McMahon 3:16 says I just pissed my pants.'' Both were great moments, but the beer bath will always be remembered more.

as much as i like the beer bath and the subsequent "vince trying to swim out of there" moment that followed after.......i have to give my vote to stone cold making vince piss on his pants...... i cant look at it without laughing till this day!

Definitely the beer bath for me. I love how Austin was always driving vehicles into the arena and this was a prime example. I never really found the pants pissing thing to be that good; I just can't take the plastic gun seriously.

I'll take the Zamboni thing over both of them though.

I take the beer bath...hilarious moment and the interaction between Austin and The Rock beforehand was cool as well.

Plus it allowed for my favorite WWE parody to occur...The Kurt Angle 'milk-o-mania' moment

Never mind the humor factor here, it's the fact that at this time Austin was the absolute favorite and Vince was the most hated guy in the entire WWF. Fans can identify better with that than the beer bash. After all, who hasn't wanted to make their boss literally piss their pants?

The Beer bath was such a memorable moment but you asked which one I enjoyed watching more, and that was without a doubt him pissing his pants.

Where the beer bath was a great moment to open the RAW before WM15 the buildup to McMahon taking a piss and how the whole RAW was built to Austin getting his hands on Vince after getting fired the night before. The whole segment with Austin getting in the arena by just signing a few autographs wa hilarious. Then When he got ahold of Vince in his wheelchair, bringing him down to the ring, threatening to blow his head off only for the Bang:316 flag and finally Austin giving Vince his brand new contract was all set up so nicely and I couldn't stop laughing the whole time.


Although the Beer bath was bigger it didn't have the setup, execution and comic value that McMahon pissing himself did because everything building up to the point of Vince wetting himself was amazing.

You have to go with the Beer Bath and I'll tell you why.

Nevermind how funny it was to see Austin douse everybody with beer, but that promo that he cut before hand was f'n amazing by anyone's standards. It wasn't the beer bath that made that moment iconic for me. It was the promo. I happen to think that this promo is one of the greatest promos of the Attitude Era and one of the greatest promos of all time.

I would have to say the beer bash----and as stupid as it is for this reason, here's why. As funny as it may have been to watch Vinnie piss his pants....did he really do it? or was it something that was pressed and it came out in the pants? I guess what I'm saying is, I'm going for more believability---and when someone says "dude, I was so scared, I pissed my pants"---you don't really get the image of that guy doing it...where as when you see him get plowed by the beer.....whether it was actual beer or not (and I'm willing to guess it was---I think some in the crowd even attested to it), it was more comicial to see that. Not trying to be a stick in the mud with my reasoning, .....I just didn't find it believeable.....unless he drank alot of iced tea during the night and really had to....that--we'll never know.

The beer-bath was the better moment by far because not only is it one of the more memorable moments of the Vince VS Austin feud, but it was hilarious. I don't think Austin making Vince piss was funny. I don't find things like that funny whatsoever. The gun with the "BANG 3:16" flag was funny, but other than that the moment was dumb.
