Pretty simple. You start on 501, first man to get down to zero wins. You have to finish with either a double or the bullseye, but apart from that it's straightforward.

so if you hit along the 20, is that 20 points off? and if you have 3 darts that can be 60 points off in one turn? Then there are the smaller sections inside each row, what are those? I assume some form of multiplier.

* C. Triple points ring
* D. Bull, 25 points
* E. Bullseye, 50 points

The two rings which are made up of smaller sections, one around the outside and one around halfway in, are double and triple respectively. So, the maximum score is three darts in the triple 20, making a total of 180. The bullseye is worth 50 points, and the ring around it, known as the outer bull, is worth 25.
