The greatest tag team fued ever

Quite Simple really. What is your favourite tag team fued of all time?
It can be from any promotion from any time period. Just explain what you liked about it.

Personally, my favourite was Rated RKO vs. DX. I just loved how brutal this fued was from HHH getting taken out of action with a conchairto and HBK showing his brutal side taking out Rated RKO with HHH's sledgehammer. Their match at New Years Revolution 2007 was one of my favourite matches of all time and just capped off the whole rivalry.

Gotta Be Rock 'N' Roll Express vs. Midnight Express. They matched up so well in size and the tagteam combinations that both teams could do was almost unparralled. They wrestled each other so many times that they knew each others moves forwards and backwards and had great in ring chemistry. Classic babyfaces vs. heels. And what Cornette brought to the table with his mic skills put it over the top.

Road Warriors vs Demolition!

That was a good battle...

I also liked Harlem Heat vs Stiener Brothers.

Outsiders vs Stiener Brothers

I loved all these matches for different reasons.. the Stieners were a great team with wrestling ability and Power.. when matched up with harlem heat and Outsiders they were great!

Road Warriors are AWESOME but there battle with Demolition was a LONG awaited fued. It was great!

Hart Foundation vs The British Bulldogs were always good too

For me it was the 3 team feud between Edge & Christian, The Hardy Boyz and The Dudley Boyz. This rivalry went on for months and produced some of the greatest gimmick tag team matches in history. E&C were already feuding with Matt and Jeff Hardy and when the Dudleyz were added to the mix the rivalry went on to the next level. Eventually each team had an ally- Lita for the Hardyz, Rhyno for E&C and Little Spike for the Dudleyz. This added another element to the rivalry.

We saw tables matches, ladder matches and due to each team have a weapon of choice

Dudleyz- Tables
Hardyz- Ladders
E&C- Chairs

Add them together and what do you get? T + L + C = TLC Matches!!!

This was the period in time where tag team wrestling in the WWE was at its finest. The matches were exciting, innovative and featured one some of best up-and-coming talent in the business in E&C and Hardyz. The Dudleyz were good but these other young wrestlers all went on to be World Champion somewhere. Without this feud Matt, Jeff, Edge and Christian would not have gone on to have their future success. These series of matches MADE them.

If I am allowed to do my Top 5....I'd have to list:

1. Rock N Roll Express vs Midnight Express (NWA). Some of the greatest tag team matches in history. Great story. Plus with Cornette...you had several memorable spots.

2. Midnight Rockers vs "Playboy" Buddy Rose and "Pretty Boy" Doug Somers (AWA). One of the bloodiest feuds in tag team wrestling that got the attention of the WWF to sign the Rockers. Watch one of their matches on YouTube or on DVD (Legacy of the AWA/Heartbreak and Triumph/Greatest Tag Teams)

3. Hart Foundation vs British Bulldogs (WWF). Some classic matches by 4 guys who knew each other very well and worked together for awhile. The title match (Bulldogs as champs) from Boston, Massacusetts in 1986 is a classic you must watch.

4. Freebirds vs Road Warriors (AWA/WCCW). Didn't have a ton of matches...but the ones they did have were very intense. Usually it was Hayes and Gordy teaming up...even leading to the Freebirds painting their faces like the Road Warriors...except theirs were painted with the Stars and Bars of the Confederate flag.

5. Public Enemy vs The Gangstas (ECW). Some good hardcore tag team matches. At times you really felt these 4 guys seriously HATED one another. The promos were great and their "Gangstas' Paradise" Cage match is seriously intense.

some honorable mention goes to the Sheepherders vs The Fantastics (UWF) and Anderson/Blanchard vs Road Warriors (NWA)

I agree with the Hardy Boyz, Dudley Boyz, Edge and Christian fued.. Some great matches came out of that.

Not the greatest ever but I like The New Age Outlaws short fued with Mick Foley/Cactus Jack and chainsaw Charlie.
