Its the first woman we're going for, simple as that. There's no pecking order here, per se.

But if you want to go deeper, Edge isn't deserving at this stage. You may like him and as a "technically" 11 time World Champion, he's deserving, but his numbers are inflated and he was better at acting the part of a heel wrestling then actually wrestling the part.
