I don't know how many of my non-American friends here have seen the movie. It seems to be a USA/New York type movie.
In the original, we had Robert Shaw and Walter Mattau. Both brilliant.
The premise? A group of HEAVILY armed men hijack a New York City subway train and demand one million dollars for the passengers. The city is given an hour, and then one passenger will be shot for every minute the money is late.
Seems like they've really updated it. To anyone who has seen the original: Do you think the remake will live up to it?
