Stupid Kimbo Slice Argument Thread

You must look pretty in a pink dress and heels.

It's really not out of line to suggest that steroids played into the man's death.

Just like when Eddie Guerrero died it wasn't out of line to assume that drug use contributed to his heart weakening. I'm sure he had physicals too.

If Slice hadn't failed steroid tests then I doubt they would have even been brought up in this situation. But he did and so they were.

Wow. This thread is horrible.

First of all R.I.P. to a florida legend. Died too young.

Second, why do people feel the need to shit on a mans grave when he just died? The man did nothing to you a day in his life but instead of well wishes you people bring up nothing but negativity about the man. But when you get called out on it you have the nerve to get upset about it. Its people like yall who make this world a shit place to live in. If you have nothing good so say then say nothing at all.

When yall die i hope you get nothing but negativity thrown at your grave. You all are shit human beings and should be ashamed of yourselves.

Out.

Looking at your username I know you live only a few hours from Miami so this may have hit you harder than some but this kind of stuff will always happen.

Fucking Lulz! Fucking forget Walt Disney, Tony Dungy, or Jackie Robinson, Kimbo Slice is a real Florida legend. Get the fuck out of here.

He died too young because he did steroids. I fail to see how pointing out how Kimbo's own shortcomings lead to his death is so taboo.
Lol you're a fucking idiot. How can you judge us on how we feel about a Florida legend when you live across the fucking country. To us in Florida, (specificly the south florida reigon) he was a legend. Never said a professional legend, but a street fighting legend who made a name for himself. So get outta here with your bullshit.

Second, your doing more than just mentioning how he may have died. Making jokes about the mans death is as low as it gets bro. Bring nothing but negative talk about a man in a grave makes you all look like douchebags. Tell me how im wrong.

Who was talking negative?

He was a legendary street fighter, poor professional fighter. He abused steroids and died from it.

While I agree making jokes is unnecessary, "If you can't say anything nice font say anything" is a child's mentality. Especially in a self inflicted situation.

I know a few people in FL & this we you speak of does not include them or anyone they know. Legend is a severe overstatement. Popular? Enough to get a crack at real fighting, but not as much as you are implying.

Besides, being named a street fighting legend is not a huge deal unless your name is Ryu. The dude had his time in the spotlight, then failed to make a go in the professional arena. He was juiced & more than likely died because of that directly. In a sense the guy will forever just be a random sports trivia bar question.

First off, I've lived in South Florida for the majority of my short life here on this planet. Namely during Kimbo's peak and his first shot at MMA. I'm fully aware that a lot of people in the area were rooting for him. But those same people now vape. Coincidence?

Kimbo isn't a legend, he's done nothing noteworthy for the state of Florida, let alone MMA. At the end of the day, Kimbo would be known as a dude who worked his ass off beating on the homeless in pursuit of the American Dream. Nothing more, nothing less. To put that moniker of "Florida Legend" when you have others like Walt fucking Disney forever remolded Florida's economy forever or Jackie Robinson forever changing professional sports. Those two men are legends, Slice was a popular, but awful fighter.

The only people I know who think Slice is a legend also post pictures of themselves on Facebook vaping. I do not see that as a coincidence.

I personally haven't made light about Kimbo's life and I condemn anyone who would joke about a human being dying. But at this point people are just pointing out that Slice is either A) Dead likely from previously known steroid use. B) just wasn't a good fighter, or both A and B. I fail to see how either of those are disrespectful.
