Creepy Old Man

Championship Contender
Sting, since he started 30 years ago, has always been facepaint and HAIR. The blonde flat top was iconic. It morphed into the stringy long black hair of the late 1990s, which was equally memorable. Since then the hair has been cut and grown out again, but there's always been length to it. It's just part of Sting.

At WrestleMania, his hair unwound 10 minutes in and revealed a huge bald spot. I have to admit, it really took away from the match for me. While I did enjoy Sting's performance, his lack of hair made him look seriously OLD. His body is good, the paint hides his facial ageing, and then the hair lets everything else down. Personally I think it should have been pinned down with strong hairspray, so it didn't split.

Chris Jericho recently had Edge on his podcast, and they discussed Sting's baldness. Jericho said the Stinger "looks great", then the hair separates and "kills" the moment. Edge agreed, saying that Sting should "go for a different look". I concur with the vets on this one. Seriously, what is the guy going to look like by WM32?

What's your take?

I had noticed it near the end of his TNA run and liking the surf sting with the flattop it was very visible with the long hair. I didnt see WM but when he signed with WWE I would have thought he would have had that taken care of. Maybe some of that Ron Popeil spray for 32.
