A lot of shit has happened to the WWE. From the death of Chris Benoit, to the very low ratings, and now to the Steroid Scandal!! The news broke out on August 28th, 2007. Many of these WWE wrestlers were suspended for 30 days, where one of them was suspended for 60 days. 2 other people have gotten fired. As you read on you will see 11 WWE Superstars that are part of this scandal. However, there are names on this that are irrelevant to this, which I will still discuss. Those names are: Chris Benoit, Sylvan, Eugene, Cryme Tyme, Eddie Gurrerro, and finally, Kurt Angle. But first I am going to discuss the names of these WWE Superstars, in which they are relevant!!

I am going to be writing a little summary by each superstar, stating that if he was suspended because of this, what would the outcome be? Good? Bad? Both? Neither? Here we go!!

The Following names are the names of WWE Superstars that were speculated in this scandal:

1. Batista: This can have both a good outcome if Batista is suspended!! I mean the good of it is that we can see other people in the main event besides for him. Batista is in the main event status, it would be bad if they had to suspend him because Smackdown is in dire need of Main Eventers, even though Taker is coming back at Unforgiving, and Rey is back, and Edge will be back in November or something like that, but they need something to hold on, until Taker and Edge come back, but who knows, maybe suspending Batista is a good or bad thing. Only Time Will Tell. But Batista was participating in next week’s Smackdown event, so I am guessing he isn’t suspended. But now wrestlezone.com is reporting that Batista is going to be suiing the media for mentioning his name.

2. Mr. Kennedy: This could be the worst one of all!! Here he was, in this BIG GREAT storyline with McMahon, and now look what happened!! I hope the WWE doesn’t cancel the storyline, and I heard that Kennedy was pulled from RAW, so he is suspended. This could have a very bad outcome. Obviously he isn’t gonna get fired, but this definitely will have something of a negative on him and the storyline. This suspension definitely has the biggest blow to the WWE.

3. Randy Orton: AGAIN?? Well, if you think that he is the 60 day suspension, I think you are wrong, because if memory serves me right, he was already suspended 60 days once, but if he really is part of this scandal then I think he is going to be fired. They said it, 30 days no pay, then 60 days no pay, and then 3 strikes and you’re out!! So bye Randy!! BUT, he is taking part on Raw, and he is currently feuding with John Cena, so I guess this one isn’t true.

4. Umaga: This will probably have a semi-effect. We will probably have a new IC Champion tomorrow night, and Umaga will go away for a month. Big Deal. No big loss. I started to get a bit bored seeing him come out and do what he normally does, so a little break from him wouldn’t hurt!!

5. Chris Masters: I would not be surprised to see Masters get fired because of this. He is probably the one who has been suspended for 60 days, considering that he was suspended for 30 days already. I said it once and I will say it again, I would not be surprised if he was fired!!

6. King Booker: Ok no King Booker is starting to piss the shit out of me. All he does is fucken bitch around. He has a problem with everything!! And the WWE are scared to freaken lose him to TNA. Who the hell gives a shit?? He bitches and moans and complains (lol sounds like me jk lol) about this and that. The first thing he complained was the fact that if he was going to be traded to ECW, during the draft this past year. He said that if he was going to be traded to ECW, he would quit the WWE. Then it came when he wasn’t part of a stupid meeting or 2, before Summerslam, because he didn’t want to be buried in the meetings because with HHH there. Then he was completely pissed off about some development territory in Florida or something. I don’t know, maybe he was also pissed about other things, but he is just starting to piss me off. Maybe something bad will happen if this is true! Who knows? All I know, is that Booker is better off with out this.

7. Chavo Gurrerro: Now this is a bit tricky, because I read something a while ago with someone being done with the WWE after the summer or after this person’s contract has been expired. This could have been Chavo so I don’t see him coming back after his 30 day suspension. We know for sure he was suspended because:

At the Smackdown taping, he lost to Rey Mysterio in an I Quit Match.

So whatever, I don’t really care about Chavo, I never really liked him.

8. Gregory Helms: He is a cruiserweight, so why does he have to take steroids or any other prescribed medication?? Anyways, it doesn’t seem like it is gonna be such a big deal since he is injured, so yea nothing is gonna come out of this.

9. John Morrison: Now he has to be the only person in this list that was affected the most!!

He lost the ECW championship to CM Punk!!

He was on top of the world…and then this happened. I am gonna say one and one thing only about Johnny Nitro (because he was more fun to watch when he was Nitro) It definitely sucks to be him.

10. Charlie Haas: I am sure that WWE won’t fire him, but this can hopefully be a positive for Shelton Benjamin! Let’s give Shelton a shot to shine, even though I don’t think that they will. Either way, it isn’t a big loss.

11. Edge: This would effect Edge if he wasn’t injured. But since he is injured, it shouldn’t be that big of a deal if he is suspended right now. So whatever, Edge just loses a sum of money, but he has so much more so it’s no big deal.

12. Funaki: WHAT THE HELL?? How the hell can the WWE suspend Funaki? He is their greatest superstar in the world!! He is for sure going into the hall of fame, and he was so close on becoming the World Heavyweight Champion!! HE was supposed to defeat the Great Khali to become champ!! I am entirely shocked!!


Well there you go…those are the 12 superstars that may or may not be part in this Steroid Scandal!!


Now the following people are part of this Scandal but don’t affect the WWE:

1. Chris Benoit: Dead, we kinda knew this was coming.

2. Eddie Gurrerro: Dead, you can’t be surprised by having his name on this thing.

3. Sylvan Grenier: He is released now so whatever.

4. Kurt Angle: This happened to be very funny to me. How he is no longer in the WWE and then he is part of the thing, I think it is funny.

5. Eugene: He has been fired, but I doubt it had anything to do with this.

6. Cryme Tyme: Both men have nothing to do with this, they got fired for attacking a referee and auctioning off his belt.

I may have mentioned this before but I will do it again. Don’t be surprised if there are anymore problems for the WWE. I guarantee you that in like 10 years, the WWE will NOT be on the air anymore. Whether it is from Congress, lawsuits, bankruptcy or low ratings. Perhaps one or 2 will happen but you never know, with all the shit happening. I may be wrong but ever since the Benoit situation, WWE has never been the same.

Anyways, I have worked on this thing for a day and a half, I wanted it to be perfect, and I hope you liked it.

Very nice post, I think you covered everything.. except for the current news thats being said, which may of been posted slightly before you wrote this.

Batista: Not only does he claim he's never taken steroids, which could be true. (could) But he's trying to go so far as to sue media outlets for improperly using his name & trying to link him to any of this. (isn't that slander? Which IS sue-able)

Randy Orton: Somehow, apparently Orton has escaped suspension of any kind. Somewhere on WZ I read that he "already" served his suspension for roid abuse.. so thankfully, for now at least, it looks like Randy Orton will save us all & defeat John Cena at Unforgiven.

One more tid-bit.. Kurt Angle is on the list, not because he was apart of W.W.E. but in general because he was apart of the issue with drug abuse. (addiction - roids?) And the media isn't JUST targeting W.W.E., they're targeting wrestling in general. Test was a recent name that popped up as well. And he, like Angle, is in T.N.A.

Here's the real kicker.. out of everyone in Pro Wrestling.. how is Scott Steiner NOT on any type of steroid list? I'm in awe & absolute shock that his freak-ish shaped/sized muscles are 100% natural & real.

lol...i am sure they aren't lol but maybe he hasn't been tested or maybe he took roids like 10 year ago...who know!!
