Even though the WWE hasn't announced a location for this year's Hell In A Cell which will take place on Sunday, October 30th, 2016, there have been rumors that it will take place at the Scottrade Center in St. Louis. It wouldn't surprise me if they make the announcement on next Monday's RAW.
This would be the fifth straight year that St. Louis has hosted a WWE PPV, before then, PPVs would alternate between St. Louis and Kansas City. Thoughts?
