Going on 10 years with WrestleZone
Okay everyone, I announced this to the staff yesterday and now I'd like inform all of you of some pretty neat news in WZF land.
Effective yesterday, the folks at Crave and the Wrestlezone main page have enhanced their partnership with the forums and granted me main page posting access. This means that the forums will take more of a "center stage" role moving forward, and that some of our top discussions will be main page material.
There are several expectations. For starters, the staff has been alerted about the move and we will be expecting an influx of new visitors and members as the week progress.
Second, out events may get even bigger. The Wrestlezone tournaments, the Wrestlezolympics, the Year-End Awards, etc. All of these things will help us attract new members to the boards.
For those who are not aware, the admin and mod staff are not compensated for the work done on the forums. We volunteer. And we're playing for pride. Wrestlezone Forums already has a reputation for being an elite, intelligent discussion platform. We seek to enhance this reputation while also casting a wider "inter-net." (see what I did there?)
If you have questions, ideas, etc, please share them with the staff. And if you happen to start a thread that gets a LOAD of attention, then YOU may be the next Wrestlezone poster featured on the main page.
