So Who's Next for AJ ?

This is something i've been banging on about for ages. It's become a running joke in our house between my housemates that practically everyone at tna is the number 1 contender, so much so that when tomko attacked AJ on impact 2 weeks ago we all joked that made him no.1 contender - and then 10 minutes after we make the joke he gets a title shot! I even asked Russo on his facebook page who the no.1 contender was, and of course, I didn't get a reply.

For the record, Hernandez did get his title shot. It was at the No Surrender ppv. It's forgivable for forgetting about it though cos he never really happened. Earlier in the night he had a match with Eric Young who refused to fight him. Eric came down in a suit and Hernadez beat him in about 20 seconds. Later on, Hernadez came down at the start of the world title match which was a 4 way between Angle/Styles/Sting/Morgan and said he was cashing in his money in the bank...er, i mean, feast or fired case. Angle and Hernadez brawled on the ramp for about a minute then eric young came out and give hernadez a pile driver and that was it. Title shot over.

Who the hell is it?

If you actually watch TNA, it's not that confusing. You wouldn't come in here bitching without watching the show, now would you?

Angle

He was, and then he lost. End of story. Was that so hard?

Daniels

Once again, he had 2 title matches, but lost them both. End of story.

Joe

He has the Feast of Fired case (which is just like the MITB), so he's not really a #1 contender, but can be whenever he chooses.

Lashley

He won a tournament to become #1 contender at a later date. I don't think they've forgotten about it. I haven't read any spoilers, but I think it'd make sense for him to get the title shot at the next PPV.

Tomko

He had a one-off match against AJ to end the whole attacker angle, which sucked.

and I believe Hernandez were all the #1 contender

Hernandez had the Feast or Fired briefcase like 6 months ago.

Instead of all the cheap shots at WWE TNA needs to close out old stories.

Of course, those 5 seconds they spend taking shots at the WWE is really hurting them.

Joe won FoF,

WWE does the same thing with the MITB. Joe is out of the picture until a later date.

Lashley won a Tourney,

I'm guessing he'll get his at the PPV.

Angle is in the middle of this screw job crap,

I think he "quit", so he may be gone for a month or 2.

No, you're wrong. He cashed in his case and failed awhile ago.

I disagree for the most part, seems more like complaining for the sake of complaining to me. Wrestling storylines usually don't make much sense. I'd rather have constantly changing contenders without a ton of clousure than having the same feuds drag on for months and months though.
