So What? Uso Edition

Occasional Pre-Show
Well, So What is back thanks to the demand of absolutely noone! If you havent seen my threads before, ive done a few of these....Heres how it works....I give you a performer that I personally just dont get the appeal of....your mission, should you choose to accept it is to change my mind. Ive gotten some good responses in the past, so here goes....

The Usos....I know that they have a great lineage, which doesnt hurt in wwe, and I get that tag teams are scarce right now, but I just dont see it in them....so, what say you? When it comes to the Usos...so what?

First and foremost, Triple H is doing what he said he would do and that's strengthen the tag division. I personally think the USOS have something, they just need to gain more experience. I just think we need to let them flourish put them in a proper storyline see how they do on the mic, they've got great in-ring ability I think.

They're mediocre and flabby. Without that lineage they would not be on the roster. They've been on the roster for years, I'm assuming that they are aware that they will never, nor should they ever, go beyond the enhancement talent level. They must be so friggin' pissed at Roman Reigns...

Personally when they first started out I was excited to see. Them I think a tag team need to have known each other for awhile. Think about the tag teams that have came along. Dudleys, Edge and Christian, Hardys, DX etc... most of these teams have been great but also had something that the Uso's do not. A Manager in some form. Personally I think Rikishi should come back a become their manager. Once that happens they will become relavent

Have to agree with you here. Rikishi proved that he could use a mic back in his day, he made an excellent heel along with an excellent face and as we all have seen in the past a great mouthpiece can go a long way.

The USOS are nothing special and I think they're only there to help strengthen the tag division, and that's all. But give them time to flourish, they may prove to be great!!

I don't really care if they are good or not. They can improve in the ring, but ACTUAL tag teams are so scarce, that they don't have the luxury of being picky.

When the division is a little stronger we can be really picky and chose who is the best in the world and work from there. But I haven't seen a tag team division strong enough since the Dudleys, the APA, Hardys, E & C Etc of the attitude era to do that.

Just My Opinion

The Usos work hard to get the fans into their matches. They're the next generation of Samoan wrestlers, continuing that long and respectable tradition. With Triple H at the helm and wanting to make tag team wrestling relevant again, the Usos finally have the room and the chance to come into their own. Now they just need the booking on their side to make them look strong in the eyes of the fans. Give them some big wins, give them some dominant wins, and let the fans get invested in them. They're one of the futures of the division.

The Usos are good as a tag team. They have no upside as singles stars, especially because they're twins, so the best use of them is to possibly have them as the faces of the tag division.
