Getting Noticed By Management
Let's say WWE does not know what to do next with their product and they hired you to do whatever you want with the company, what would you do how would you fix it?
First of all I would hire Paul Heyman and Jim Ross to help me with creative.
I'd go up and down the my employees from the World Champions to the guys who cleaned the toilets and if they didn't have passion to make WWE better than it ever has I'd give them they're walking papers. Guys that just sit there enjoy their spot and don't want become superstars would be gone and my company would be filled with guys who want to make wrestling cool hip and fun like CM Punk, like Daniel Bryan. I'd raid ROH. I'd raid them so bad they wouldn't have anything left because if ROH has one thing going for them they have passion. They have guys that work hard and want to be superstars guys like El Generico, guys like Jay Lethal, guys like Davey Richards and Briscoes.
I would steal, Robert Roode, Matt Morgan, James Storm, Mr. Anderson, Alex Shelly and Austin Aries from TNA. You want to talk about a guy in the current day that is has "IT" and wants to be the next wrestling legend, that's Austin Aries. He is crisp, on the mike in the ring he's the total package and the self proclaimed greatest man who ever lived. You got to be cocky to call yourself that lol. And Samoa Joe can't forget Joe.
Vince has to get over this bodybuilder thing, he really really REALLY needs to get over it. All these young guys coming up, Tyler Reks, Titus O Neil they look good but I could name so many other wrestlers who would take that spot they have and run with it so bad if given the chance.
It seems like everything is left unfinished lately. The tag team division....needs more tag teams. The women's division...we need a women's division. There are a lot of girls on the indy circuit that wrestle well. Fix those divisions. Don't start angles like what you did with Drew McIntyre and not finish it and if something happens backstage where you're punishing a guy
make humor us with an explanation why this guy destined for stardom fell off the face of the earth.
No more fast tracks to the World Belts. Money in the Bank is exciting but the right guys have to win the thing. If someone is not ready to hold the World Title they're not going to hold it. As someone mentioned earlier in one of the threads that's what the Intercontinental title is for. Have guys just loving the fact that they're IC and US Champion. Don't rush them if they need to be rushed.
I'd cater to the kids and cater to older audience as well and other things but I don't want to bore you lol.
