Smackdown Live 3/14 - Shane McMahon/AJ Styles Confrontation

Let's recap: John and Nikki were the only two people in the world who didn't see their match with Miz and Maryse coming, Mojo Rawley debuted his new move where he throws his stomach sweat onto his opponent, Bray gave himself pink eye spreading dirt all over his face and Shane walks slowly.

Just about sums it up in a nutshell. Oh also Ziggler doesn't suit a manbun.

Nailed it.

The other day, I thought of the perfect opponent for A.J. Styles at Wrestlemania 33, that I think everyone will pop for.

A.J. Styles should come out and cut his promo as normal on "Smackdown", saying that he is disrespected and deserves a spot at Wrestlemania.

Styles then makes an open challenge for anyone who wants to fight him. It can be any superstar, past or present.

The fans pop when they hear some familiar music from the past. Styles jaw drops when he sees who steps up, it is someone from A.J.'s past, it is a Hall-Of-Famer Class Of 2017, it is-for one match only

KURT ANGLE!

Angle steps up to the challenge. Kurt Angle says that he will be at Wrestlemania anyway, accepting his HOF ring, but, before he retires, he feels that he has one more match-at Wrestlemania. Angle says that he and A.J. have "unfinished business" (referring to their time in TNA, although TNA is never actually mentioned by name).

This would be a much better match than A.J. v Shane. I don't know if Angle can still go, and may have a few injuries, but one match, against someone who is generally safe in the ring, like A.J., could work. Both men would put on a wrestling clinic for the ages, and it could be a match talked about for years.

Have A.J. win, since he is the future, and have Angle put him over. But, after the match, have Kurt Angle wave goodbye to the fans, and give him a couple of minutes, as the fans give him a standing ovation, as Kurt Angle walks off into retirement. It would make a great moment at Wrestlemania.
